“Everything was a 10/10 from check in to check out parking and so everything was easy loved this stay!”

“Staff was wonderful and friendly! I'm hoping that the hotel is going through a renovation given the construction work happening downstairs and the temporary lobby. We were on the top floor and the ceiling was popcorn and badly patched in many places, the bottom of the bathroom door was literally rotting off and the room had an old-fashioned wall air conditioning unit that was very loud. The carpet was fraying up against the tile and we stepped on carpet nails or rough tile multiple times. ...

“Vicinissima ad un fornito supermercato è ottima per chi desidera non mangiare sempre all'americana. Pecca- non si riesce a telefonare in Italia ne dalla camera ne stranamente dalla reception. Piccole riparazioni da fare nell'alloggio ( tritarifiuti e luce della cucina ) richieste ma mai effettuate”

“I only stayed there to sleep so I did not try anything else out. The breakfast was not very good, I saw coffee, apple juice, corn flakes, and Danishes needless to say I ate elsewhere. The room was clean.”

“This hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the breakfast and the good coffee. One thing I might say, though, is that my room needed USB ports. I couldn’t find a single one.”

“In linea di massima è andato tutto bene. Facile da trovare, ampio parcheggio, receptionist simpatico e veloce. La camera è la tipica americana, nel nostro caso con due letti queen, posto per i bagagli e bagno di grandezza adeguata. Unica nota negativa, se proprio vogliamo essere precisi, era il nostro condizionatore: molto rumoroso! In caso di sonno leggero diventa fastidioso.”

We went back to the concierge and were told that the King sized bedroom that we RESERVED was given to other people, and that this was the only room left. We decided to stay since it was late and we were tired. When I was given a parking permit, and took it to our car, my wife stayed at the reception area. A man came in asking for a room, and she offered him one, which tells you that she was lying about giving us the only room left. The...
