“Room was clean and ready on time. Spacious and comfortable beds Staff were all nice and accommodating Breakfast was typical for a hotel but lacked in variety. We were there for 5 days and had sausage everyday, would have liked to see bacon. Pool was clean but very warm, almost felt heated which is not good in the heat of Florida summer.”

The staff, especially the front desk, were very welcoming and informative about status of the beaches and things to do with the grandkids.The rooms, pool, and entire facility were very clean. “First - the location is PERFECT relative to all things 'downtown Ft Myers.' Virtually everything is within walking distance. That said, it's CLEARLY the off season. During our 6 night stay, we had to chase down hotel mgmt 3 days just to get our room made up. (we left the room daily before 9am and returned between 3:30 and 4PM only to find the room as we left it.) The gentleman at the front desk was more interested in his phone than servicing guests.
