“First - the location is PERFECT relative to all things 'downtown Ft Myers.' Virtually everything is within walking distance. That said, it's CLEARLY the off season. During our 6 night stay, we had to chase down hotel mgmt 3 days just to get our room made up. (we left the room daily before 9am and returned between 3:30 and 4PM only to find the room as we left it.) The gentleman at the front desk was more interested in his phone than servicing guests.
