“The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful.”

“I normally dont give reviews but this place just didnt give what theyre advertising. The whole place is ok. I accept that you get what you pay for but this place was just giving stingy vibes. I rented a 2 bedroom suite for 7 people, they only gave 6 towels. When we asked for more towels, they said they can give me only 2 more. We asked for extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch. The guy said he will check and get back to us but never did. They also have coin operated washer and...

“Clean room , good housekeeping they did a great work thank you housekeepers. Breakfast is good a fresh need add some items . In general is a very good place to stay.”

“Very clean hotel and room. Vending, pool out of order. Coffee was gross (there is a Starbucks nearby) and no breakfast. Cleaning and front desk staff were friendly.”

“Terrible experience. Stay away from this property. If there's a Zero star, I woul have used it. No office, just a small.window to deal with the only person on the premises. Refused to give me a second floor room while most rooms were empty, insects and roaches inside the room, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, broken, hawks in the bathroom, broken shower drain, no iron or table. The worst part that Expedia said I can't get.refund for the second night that I was planning not to use”

“There was no shampoo, no body wash in the bathroom and room service phone was not working, when I contacted to Expedia, they said as usual $25 points will add to account as compensation. We had to face everything and when reporting about Service giving $25 one key points is not acceptable from Expedia. We are using your service to get a great experience. When we were on vacation .”

“They have a shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. It runs every hour, don't forget to sign up for it. The room was fabulous, and the staff was attentive. The breakfast was really nice for a hotel buffet breakfast, and I overall loved it. We had one of those oversized king rooms.”
