“Ok breakfast”

“Our room was clean and very comfortable King suite. Breakfast was perfect. Eggs toast and turkey sausage and the next was egg and ham croissants coffee and tea and juice oatmeal and waffles! Great way to start your day ”

“Breakfast menu was very basic, runny eggs and stale cold bread taken out from fridge. Just not the standard of Marriott. Could certainly improve. Staff was very good though. Clean areas and clean basic rooms ”

“The property is clean but very neglected. The elevator door opens like molasses, the ice machine doesn't work and when you ask for ice it is not even enough for two drinks. My sister in laws door had to be lifted up in order to close and there were two peep holes one of which was falling out. The vent in our bathroom was half off. The shower door had obviously been broken and just replaced with a curtain. The TV is extremely small and hard to see from the bed. The light from the parking lot also...

“Clean room”

“The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The only reason why I didn’t give the staff full stars is because of housekeeping. For some reason every day they would come in while I was gone and do nothing but take the towels I had been using even if they were hung up for...

“Great and friendly staff. Parking is plenty and Air conditioning varies by room. Some rooms have 2 or 3 channels on the TV and some have 42. ”

“I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. And there are restaurants nearby as well as the Interstate. Note that the only downside was that there is only one entrance/exit out of the...

“The bathroom could not accommodate a large person. I Could not use the toilet. ”

“Noise all night but not bad”

“The air conditioner worked awesome and the counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades especially the door, the security latch didn't work which prompted me to put the nightstand and a chair and my suitcase against the door for security. The hallways were very dark which made it feel unsafe walking to and from our room. ”

“Due to spring training, prices were high. Honestly, it looked like a prison cell more then a hotel. Had basically nothing.. but I needed a bed. So I guess it did that.”
