“I was there for a longer stay and they never cleaned my room. Luckily I am very neat so it was not a huge issue, but not having my sheets, or towels replaced wasn't acceptable. But on the upside I didn't murdered so that has to count for something. ”

“When I checked in they did not have a two bed room. When I checked out they charged me the wrong price for my room. They upgraded me because of the mistake checking in but the room only had one bed. I thought I checked in with Embassy Suites. The front desk did not know what to do with the confusion of Expedia. I only stayed one night. What a mess. The breafast was basic for the price of the room.”
