“The room we were initially assigned had a couple of issues, and the staff were quick to resolve the matter, and in fact upgraded the room from a single queen to a double queen room with no conflict. I was very happy with the quality of service, and when we were settled, it was quite comfortable, clean, and nice and quiet.”

“Great reasonable place to stay. I downgraded by one on condition as the floor had some damage and I poked my bare foot. I just laid a towel down like a rug and rolled on. ”

“Nice staff. The room was incredibly spartan and empty, but seemed fairly clean. Thin walls, could hear every neighbor moving and talking. Someone had their tv on all night.”

“We had bugs in the room and bedbugs. I recommend you do not stay at this property when we confronted the desk man he said sorry will spray there was no offer for compensation for the miserable stay will not stay again. Do not recommend you stay”

“Very nice and clean. Mostly quiet except someone talking loudly at 3 am. They didn’t sound angry and so I drifted back to sleep without calling. Shower had one grab bar at the far end to help getting in. Usually I carry a couple of suction grab bars to help safely shower. The texture of the shower’s inside wall didn’t allow the suction to work. It seems difficult to be able to reserve a handicap room if you go through a third party such as Expedia. And difficult to reach the hotel directly. ...

“Enjoyed the property, front desk service, the free cookies, and the very up-to-date room. Only problems were (1) a slow-draining sink in the bathroom (reported our first day, but never fixed completely, if addressed at all), and (2) the 3-day hold on our $100 deposit -- the duration of which was never revealed when we checked in (we expected an immediate credit back to our checking account/debit card.”
