Everything excellent except for pool area which was a real disappointment all 3 nights we stayed at Wichita Airport Springhill Suites. Neither pool nor hot tub were up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one...

“We stayed the night in a queen suite handicap accessible, the room was pleasant the staff is wonderful and the kitchen wasn't what I expected it was better than I expected, the motel could use an upgrade on carpets and exit doors. the area is not good but you are close to shopping and restaurants. And this motel could be the diamond in the rough.”

“If I could give this hotel NO stars, I would. It honestly gives the term “fleabag” new meaning. Our first room smelled horrible!!! It was so bad, we had to insist on another room, which was filthy. The sheets had holes in them, and the decor looked as if it came from a garage sale from 1968. ”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Breakfast served and it was good for a hotel breakfast. Our room (king bed) was clean and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided. Shower was very nice and enjoyable. There are restaurants nearby. There is also Walmart and Sam’s Club in walking distance. My only complaint was the pool. It was cold, and it felt like it never cleaned. Couldn't use it.”
