The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one...

“We stayed the night in a queen suite handicap accessible, the room was pleasant the staff is wonderful and the kitchen wasn't what I expected it was better than I expected, the motel could use an upgrade on carpets and exit doors. the area is not good but you are close to shopping and restaurants. And this motel could be the diamond in the rough.”
