“Clean room with friendly staff ”

“Good parking and clean room”

“We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff.”

“Everything was great except the pool area was not. The hot tub was not available. The pool was a little cloudy.”

“The property is a little dated but you can tell they are trying their best to up grade and improve things. My room was very clean, no bugs nothing to complain about.. nothing fancy but if you would like a clean decent place to sleep here I go. It was peaceful at night as well, they have a breakfast in the am but I didn’t go so I can’t say anything about it, they have a few vending machines that have a very good variety and even a few personal hygiene things in them too. “Was not advised about construction prior to booking. Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location.”

“Not a great place considering that it ran us $175/night. Was expecting something much nicer for the price. Room was Spartan - missing furniture. Example: Coffee maker sitting on top of mini fridge in the floor in a corner. No table. No desk. Just weird. Strong smell of weed in parking lot. Bathroom was nice and clean. Room was clean. Bed was fine. Overall though, not a great experience.”

“Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great for our family. Room was clean, though beds were a little too firm for our liking. Had 1 small issue with our room, and the night staff really thought outside the box to make it right for us; we really appreciated their effort to assist us. Would stay again.”

“This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars.”

“Great experience in a fairly new hotel”

“Over all this was an excellent property. However, we were in room 211. Directly outside our window was a noisy fan that turned on and off constantly. All night. Very irritating. If we had not been so busy while we were there, we would have requested another room.”
