Surf Road Beach Cottage

A pochi passi dalla tua spiaggia privata. Rara opportunità di essere a pochi secondi dalla spiaggia ... A est della A1A, al confine con il prestigioso Gulfstream, nella rilassata "tasca della contea" di Palm Beach, a pochi minuti da Delray Beach. Puoi sentire l'oceano dal tuo letto !! Questa è una vera casa sulla spiaggia con cortile, parcheggio privato e accesso alla spiaggia privata a una delle spiagge meno visitate del sud della Florida.

1 camera da letto / 1 bagno cottage con ca. 700 piedi quadrati con patio coperto privato.
Cortile recintato con parcheggio privato. Ristrutturato di recente con aria condizionata centralizzata, cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici (compresa la lavastoviglie) e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le stanze. I pavimenti sono in piastrelle Saltillo e il bagno ha una grande cabina doccia piastrellata.

Il cottage dispone di wifi ad alta velocità e pacchetto di cavi AT + T Uverse con centinaia di canali. TV a schermo piatto sia nella camera da letto che nel soggiorno.

Due spazi esterni coperti per cenare, cucinare all'aperto o semplicemente per rilassarsi lontano dal sole. Parcheggio fuori strada.

Soggiorno completamente arredato (con divano letto), zona pranzo, camera da letto con letto king-size e mobili da giardino, barbecue e sedie a sdraio. Il cottage è incastonato tra Ocean Ridge e Gulfstream in una posizione sulla spiaggia non incorporata molto unica e tranquilla. Se volete una spiaggia tranquilla / privata mentre vi rilassate, questo è il posto giusto. Per la vita notturna e lo shopping di Atlantic Avenue di Delray. è a soli 5 minuti di distanza. Per i pendolari I-95 a Woolbright è possibile accedere in 5 minuti.

Per le immersioni e lo snorkeling, ci sono diverse barriere coralline al largo della costa in modo da poter fare le proprie vacanze subacquee ogni fine settimana.

Amazing!!

Amazing little cottage in a hidden little nook of Boynton Beach. Access to the beach and great location. Hosts were very responsive. We had no issues. Will definitely be back.

Excellent in all ways

Great little place - quiet, clean; the private beach was almost at the door; close to food, shopping. Enjoyed the patio, and the outdoor shower was nice to have. Gracious and very helpful host. One of the most enjoyable times I’ve ever had, and definitely the best sleep I’ve had in years…very peaceful.

Great little place

This is a great little cottage. Nothing at all "fancy" about it, but good location, exceptionally well maintained, comfortable bed, and has just about anything you might need during your stay. The owners have really put a lot of thought into making sure your stay will be a good one. Only two potential shortcomings I can think of are the parking might be tight if you have a large vehicle (not a problem for us) and I didn't find the living room furniture comfortable, but that's a matter of personal preference. Would definitely stay again.

Magnificent beach community

As a former Florida resident, this is "Old Florida" - it's the feeling of a small community next to the beach. Everyone's friendly, the neighborhood is excellent, everything about this stay was amazing. Roger's property was wonderful for an almost week-long stay. Very comfortable, very clean, and it had everything that was needed.

Another great stay

We have stayed in both sides of the duplex on different visits and both are great. The property is well stocked with everything you need for a stay including items for the beach (very short walk up the road). Nice private outdoor showers are a huge plus as well as the backyard patio area.

The cottage subdivision was nice l. The beach walk was shorter than staying in a multi deplex condo. Beach was nice and water was beautiful. The owners are super nice. Place was nice and furnished. Can’t wait to go back

Weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Boynton Beach. These VRBO hosts are on top of it! This duplex is outfitted with everything you need for a beach vacation. The location is perfect too. We would love to go back and stay longer next time.

Welcome to paradise!

Everything was perfect here in Briny Breezes. if you don’t know the neighborhood, it’s a small slice of Old Florida in the middle of big and new Florida. As for the cottage, it’s very near the beach, impeccably clean. Our hosts, Roger, Jo and Jay thought of everything we might possibly need. Jo and Jay live just a few doors down. We got to meet them. They were great. When you check in, the guestbook says “Welcome to Paradise”. Absolutely true!!!.

Anniversary on the beach

Locatio ,location ,location! Great beach almost on your back yard- that how it felt for us Everything in the house thoughtfully set up to make staying restful and convenient We loved outdoor shower ,,little veranda with washer and dryer ,every imaginable thing one might be need for beach Bed was very comfortable kitchen clean and stocked up with basics Space well decorated and had homey feeling to it ,nice area just of the kitchen to have meals or drinks outside Owner lives just down the street ,Publix and Trader joe are 10 minutes drive ,many restaurants in the area but we liked to have our own cooking Will definitely refer people to stay there

Best VRBO ever!

I have been renting vacation homes for around 25 years and we have stayed in luxury and simple rentals ..... this VRBO is by far the best equipped for the small glorious space. Hubby and I can't wait to return. Jay & Jo are awesome!

Perfect Cottage

The home is beautiful and has lots of extra beach accessories. The owner was great and very nice ensuring that we needed nothing and that we enjoyed ourselves. Perfect getaway in paradise.

Special place

This cozy bungalow is in a wonderful little neighborhood, and it's a quick walk to the beautiful beach and to the Seaside deli/market. My husband and I also walked over the intracoastal bridge to the fantastic restaurant Prime Catch (it's about a mile away). We enjoyed having a couple of meals in the back yard (the tables have umbrellas) though should have taken advantage of the bug spray! The owners were very helpful and friendly. Everything was as I hoped it would be for a quiet, relaxing time near the ocean.

A Delightful Gem!

A delightful gem! Loved this cottage, the neighborhood, & how close it is to the beach (less than a 2 min slow walk!). The home itself is gorgeous and well put-together, super clean & comfortable. The outdoor space is it's own oasis with multiple sitting areas that are lush with gorgeous flowering plants and bushes. Inside, Jo & Jay thought of everything! We were instantly comfortable and felt very at home. Our hosts were welcoming & very accommodating, even let us know about an upcoming rocket launch so we could watch from the beach :) Overall, 10/10 best place to relax and unwind!

Every detail thought of in this cozy beach house!

Stayed 4 days with my husband in this very clean, updated, comfortable house. Several outdoor seating areas. A few houses away from a beautiful beach. All beach “stuff” available to use. Very comfortable bed, great indoor and outdoor showers. Owner was very available in case we needed anything. We would love to return to this house!!

Just perfect! A little bit of paradise!

My fella and I had the opportunity to spend a week in this cozy beach cottage and it was just perfection. The photos and description are spot on. It was located just moments from the beach. We were surprised at how close it was. Even when the weather was moody, we'd walk down several times a day and watch the wild waves and enjoy the ocean. The beach itself was relatively quiet nestled between the busier municipal beaches. The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy the beach including an umbrella, cooler, beach towels and chairs...and a little trolly to take it all with us. There was even sunscreen there if we had forgotten ours at home. Boynton is a great area and very conveniently located near anything you may need...grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We discovered we really enjoyed the Delray Beach area. (We spent an afternoon in Palm Beach and that was too rich for our blood!) There was free parking, nice shopping, and great restaurants and just 15 minutes down the road. Having a full kitchen was amazing. We got into a routine of going out for lunch at local places and then visiting Captain Clay and Son's Fish Market for the fresh catch of the day to prepare at home for dinner. Highly recommend them for great fresh fish at a portion of the price of dining out. We had swordfish, stone crab claws, shrimp, and Amberjack and the best smoke fish dip I have ever had! Bedner's is right next door to Captain Clay's for supplies to round out your meal. Don't miss the green market down in Delray Beach on Saturdays to pick up some yummy stuff for your stay. Having laundry available was amazing and we were able to do a load so we could actually take home clean clothes. Things to check out within walking distance is the Surfside Market for great breakfast sandwiches ready to go...and a great sandwich counter so you can take lunch down to the beach. Nomad is a cool surf shop right next door too and worth checking out. Little things that tickled us was the banana tree in the backyard ... I ate bananas everyday. And the friendly neighborhood cat named Lovey who visited us daily and helped us miss our fur babies a little less. Jo and Jay were delightful and checked in with us to make sure we were good...and we were! There was nothing that could have made our stay more comfortable. I really hope that we can come back soon!
