The townhome 1427 offers everything needed: from the private garage, you can enter the home and head up to the main living area where you will find a full-size kitchen, dining area and over-sized living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a quick snack or a full course meal. This level also offers balconies where you can enjoy sipping on your morning coffee or alfresco dining. One balcony is located off the dining area the other is located right off the living room and is complete with dining and lounging area and water glimpses of the beach and Bay.
