The location is awesome. The only drawback on this visit was the spa and pool. The listing indicated a heated pool and spa. In February, this was an important amenity for us as we expected colder temperatures. However, the heating system for this unit is a heat pump and will not work when the temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. I understand no one can control the weather, but in February, a heated pool and spa is a must regardless of outside temperature if you market as such.
