NESSUNA AUTO NECESSARIA! DUE MASTER SUITES! Casa moderna a pochi passi da Beach, Bay, Historic Bridge Street, molo, ristoranti, negozi, gelati, mini golf, pesca, sport acquatici, questa posizione ha tutto! Amerai assolutamente la comodità qui! Goditi le nostre bellissime spiagge, guarda tramonti e albe dai tuoi balconi o goditi la piscina riscaldata. Siamo la seconda casa dalla spiaggia a 50 metri e le dita dei piedi saranno nella sabbia. Pulita strada tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina per camminare ovunque.

Lo spazio
La casa è una 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni con 2 suite matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno privato completo, doppi lavandini, ripiani in granito, cabina doccia piastrellata con porte in vetro e cabina armadio. La terza camera ha 2 letti singoli e il bagno in comune con la quarta camera da letto con letti a castello. Il bagno Jack & Jill ha anche doppi lavandini, ripiani in granito, combinazione vasca / doccia, bellissime piastrelle con un'atmosfera da spiaggia.
La nostra unità è spaziosa, pulita, luminosa con un concetto aperto. La cucina ha ripiani in granito, bei mobili e forniture per tutte le esigenze di cottura. Frigorifero full size, piano cottura, forno a microonde, caffettiera tazza K. Il soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere, TV a schermo piatto e un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile. Il balcone fuori dal soggiorno ha vista sulla spiaggia e sulla baia. Ascensore per tutti i piani, 2 box auto, lavatrice e asciugatrice private nell'unità. La piscina è riscaldata con patio completamente coperto, tavolo, sedie, grill a gas, TV a schermo piatto.
Forniamo tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno, 4 rotoli di carta igienica per bagno, 10 sedie da spiaggia, 10 teli mare e 4 biciclette per adulti.
Possediamo anche la casa adiacente che ha la stessa pianta ed è anche disponibile per l'affitto. Raddoppia il tuo spazio per la famiglia.
Vieni a goderti la nostra casa e guarda cosa ha da offrire la nostra zona. Le brezze del Golfo e l'aria salata sono in attesa ... grazie per aver guardato il nostro "luogo felice".

This was our first trip to AMI and this was the perfect place to stay, right in the heart of the activity. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of eight. We just got home and we all want to go back!

Girls Trip

This is our fourth girl’s trip to Anna Maria Island. This house was amazing. We watched sunrise and sunset from our balcony. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Thank goodness for the elevator, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up the stairs. Awesome trip!!

Incredible location!

Ideal location nestled steps from the beach and the bay! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the 3rd floor porch. Plus, the house is a short walk to all the action on Bridge Street!!

Bradenton Beach

The property was spacious and clean, with a fantastic open concept on the third floor and a great pool area, both of which encouraged socializing. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. If I ever go back to this area I will absolutely try to get into this property again.

We stayed from a Tuesday to a Saturday. Everything was amazing and we were just two homes and a road from the beach. All the beach necessities were there, made it all so easy. AND there was an elevator…

Anna Maria Family Trip 2023

I chose this place because of it's closeness to the beach, Bridge St. and that it had a pool which was perfect for the kids after all day excursions. Plenty of space for all 9 of us, it was clean and comfortable. The beautiful beach is across the street, and walking distance to Bridge St. with all the stores and restaurants was awesome. We will definitely come back next year thank you!

Great location!

Our family had a wonderful time and the location of the house was fantastic. Look to your right and see the sunrise and to the left is the beach and sunset! The house was very clean and was equipped with all the kitchen necessities we needed. Adam (host) is very responsive should anything come up during your stay. We would definitely book the property again.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family had a very pleasant stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was in a perfect location just ½ block from either the Gulf beaches or Anna Maria Sound and a short walk to historic Bridge Street with its boutiques and restaurants. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. Adam was a very responsive host. We highly recommend it.

Location, location, location

Perfect location. Steps to the beach and town. Beautiful view of the gulf and the bay from the front porch. Home was comfortably furnished and kitchen was adequately supplied. Host was very responsive. We had a small issue with the linens and host was quick to respond and correct the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday adventures

Our family rented both sides of this house for my mother's birthday. The location was perfect. We were steps from the beach..backyard pool, a grill and a nice supply of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We did a-lot of cooking and kitchen was great for prepping meals for our group...only wish the kitchen were on the main level vs. top floor. The host Adam was beyond responsive and helpful. Would def stay again!

Amazing location the private pool was phenomenal, beyond clean, and to be honest it was bigger than I thought! This place is huge the pictures don’t do it justice! Adam was Accommodating and very responsive. Steps away from the beach and night life. I will definitely be back here.

Spring break

We had a nice stay. 4 adults and 4 kids fit perfect. The location to the beach is great and within walking distance of bridge street shopping area. Quite a few bars and restaurants very close to the house. The pool is small but perfect for the 4 kids while we hung out under the covered deck. The location is a big driver for this house. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly on the 1 issue we had. Would def recommend.

Location is everything!

As longtime travelers to Sanibel, we thought we’d never find a place we liked as much. There were so many advantages to staying at this home. We never had to load the kids in the car to go anywhere, as we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The young adults loved the party atmosphere just a few blocks away, yet In spite of the proximity to the bars, the house was quiet always. The kids loved swimming in the the pool and felt confident because of the manageable size. Great restaurants on the beach as well as near the home. We would stay again! Did I mention put put for the kids? ALL walkable.

College friends and families 20th trip reunion

Fantastic stay in this home on AMI! Literally steps to the beach and bayside with everything you could want in a beach home. Host super helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. In fact, assisted with letting us know about the house having an exact duplicate house attached that we could rent for our large group. Kitchen/family room area large and open with a stocked kitchen. Little extras like beach towels and chairs for guest is very helpful and nice when you have people flying. Highly recommend this home. We only left footprints in the sand, but took away wonderful memories! Note: If you have anyone with physical limitations, the elevator is a very nice addition in the home that typically you only find in a hotel.

Absolutely wonderful!

This property is fantastic. Great location with short walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants by the bay side of AMI. Then opposite, 1 min walk to beach. Super convenient. The house is beautiful. Very clean and neat. Lots of natural light. 6 women on yearly BFF trip had plenty of room and bathrooms. Kitchen was open and provided fun times for cooking. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs and towels. The pool was refreshing and just the right size. Enjoyed watching sun rises and sun sets from 3rd flr balcony and hearing the live music from Bridge Street Tiki Bar added to the ambience. Check in and out was simple and we had such a wonderful time. Would def stay here again. Thank you Adam for sharing your wonderful space.

Perfect family gathering place

Perfect family gathering place. Plenty of room to spread out as well as come together. The balcony was great to sit out at night and chat and listen to local live music, as well as to watch the the sun rise/set/moon over the water. The location is so convenient. You can just walk to the end of the road to reach the ocean/beach...or go the other way and reach the marina. And just a few steps further, you can walk to fun restaurants/bars. The bed and bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook in. And the washer and dryer came in handy. The private pool is a really neat feature, especially all lit up in the dark. Plenty of pool towels were provided. We really enjoyed the beach decor and beautiful paintings. Everything was very clean and the walls all looked to have a fresh coat of paint...including the outside...it is now blue! The elevator was very handy for luggage and groceries and for those in our group that were uncomfortable with stairs. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
