“No elevator even with 2 stories . TV did not work. Coke machine would not work. No diet pop in hotel. Not enough towels for 3 patrons. No one was manning the front desk upon arrival .”

“We almost always stay at residence inn at various GTA locations. Always reliably comfortable and clean. Complementary breakfasts are always a hit with the kids! No complaints at all.”

“This was a terrible experience! Upon checking in, we were directed to the York Tower. I even asked to double check as the Richmond tower was a lot closer. I was travelling with two small children, and we went to the far tower and tried to find our room number, walking through the hallways twice without success. We went back to the check-in desk, and the same agent then said that he made a mistake and we were indeed supposed to be in the Richmond tower. He was smirking and tried to make light of...

“L'hotel è adiacente e connesso col vicino Sheraton, dove per carenza di stanze (presumo) ci hanno alloggiato nella massima comodità. Stanza bellissima, letto comodo, bagno lindo e spazioso, non si poteva chiedere di più!”
