“This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.”

“I needed a place to stay for one night after an evening event in Scunthorpe. Gary and Sue were welcoming and most accommodating to my need for a late evening return. Good clean room with iron and tea made available. Well worth the money.”

“This farmhouse was a marvelously maintained old house. It was comfortable and warm for us to sleep upstairs. The food provided for us each morning was excellent and we had a choice about what we wanted to eat. Parking was available for our rental car and driving the roads was an adventure in itself. Gina, our host/owner was friendly, warm and full of local information. We enjoyed speaking with her about where to go and what to do while in the area. I would gladly go there again.”

“Pros: - Very modern structure; - Room's large and clean; - Kind staff. Cons: - Restaurant has only junk food; - Anything you might want you need to pay extra 5 pounds. Gym? 5 pounds. Parking? 5 pounds, and so forth. The only exception is the breakfast, which is 10 pounds. If you take a cup of coffee and two cookies like me it's better go to Starbucks, stick is within the hotel.”

“I stumbled on a little gem, literally last minute midnight book anything adventure. The room was immaculately clean and very well presented. The host was warm friendly and unassuming with a very hands off leave you in peace approach. Recommended Gav”

“Molto gentile il personale, subito pronto a dare assistenza. La è camera spaziosa e sufficientemente confortevole, con letto ampio e comodo ed un bagno adeguato nella misura e nella dotazione. Ambienti molto silenziosi, zona tranquilla e senza traffico. Bellissima vista sulla campagna circostante. Parcheggio comodo. Per contro, segnale wifi debole nelle camere. Non ho provato nelle aree comuni. ”

“small rooms but clean. food was OK and breakfast was good. Parking was great we have a precious car and my husband was happy with the car park. staff were helpful and we felt looked after”
