“The hotel was clean, and the room was nice, comfortable, and well kept. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable there, which was really important to me. I also appreciated that breakfast and parking were included for free, which helped save money. The breakfast was pretty basic, but it was still nice to have available without it being an extra expense.”

“We had a poor customer experience upon check in . We came in late night flight and when arrived no one was at the front desk with a sign the staff would “be right back”. Any number called rang unanswered at the front desk. I fell asleep on a bench in the lobby and awoken by my children..40 minutes had gone by. It was 2:00 am and we were sleeping in the lobby. Ridiculous and unsafe. Called multiple numbers all rang to front desk. Finally found one answered and then “suddenly front desk...
