Hotel vicino a Brainard Memorial Park - Enfield

“Rooms were clean. Our floor however smelled like sewage. Check in is at 3pm which is extremely late in my opinion. Breakfast selection was good. Hotel is pretty quiet overall. The rooms were clean and to me that is very important for my stay. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast was hot fresh and extensive...many choices! Hot tub was perfect temp and pool was clean. This property was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptional!”

“My room didn’t have any towels, and when I went to the front office, there was no one there for about 10 minutes. I had to wait, my towels were then given to me, but that was quite an inconvenience after a long day. Also, I questioned the cleanliness of my room because there was hair that wasn’t mine in quite a few places. ”

“Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.”

“Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Large cigarette burn hole in bedspread & blanket, bed had to be stripped & remade, top sheet was on top of the blanket instead of top of fitted sheet, 1 of the pillows had a stain & short black hair & I requested it to be replaced, Remote to TV dead & needed new batteries, sink was plugged & maintenance had to come in & fix it”

“There were several food stains & spider webs on the walls of the room. Long black hair on floor of shower definitely not mine as I have short lt brown hair Stairwells filthy dirty Pool was cloudy , cold”

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. No complaints or concerns very clean and staff was very polite... my only suggestion is that they should change up the breakfast options. Like maybe some bacon instead of the sausage or have both.”

“Lever to close and open sink stopper was missing, so unable to clean and rinse contacts without putting toilet paper (no tissues in room) over drain in sink. Not the best move. Screws loose holding brackets for door locks.”

“The AC was great. The mattresses seemed new and comfortable. The outlet in the bathroom did not work so had to dry our hair in the entry way. There were some small ants seeming to come in from by the window and under the fridge by the desk. The breakfast was a poor selection and poor choices. Only Trix for cereal. We left and went elsewhere to eat and get coffee. ”
