“Very clean and pleasant place to stay, however the older female morning desk clerk was very unpleasant and was not helpful at all. Everyone else was great! She had a major attitude.”

“This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again.”

“Our air conditioning barely worked, there was no on-site breakfast even though it is advertised, mold in the bathroom, the hallways smelled like urine and marijuana. Suspicious stains on blanket/pillow/sheets/towels. I spoke with staff to get help and they just said “ok”, with no timeframe on when we would get assistance.
