“In camera non è stato fatto il letto per il minore. Alla reception ci è stato dato l'occorrente, per il secondo letto, " elegantemente" infilato in un sacco nero dell'immondizia. Il pavimento di tutta la hall e zona colazione è appiccicosa ( da quanti mesi non viene pulita decentemente?). Nel complesso, per una notte, va bene ma ci sarebbe tanto da lavorare...”

“Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. “So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable. Plenty of electric car charging available. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough.”

“La struttura è all'interno di un'area di servizio, comodissima come stop di una notte per spezzare un viaggio. Personale gentile, la colazione è un cesto che si ritira al mattino presso la reception. In camera te, caffè e bollitore. Struttura pulita, unica nota negativa quando siamo entrati la temperatura in camera era freddissima. Alzando il condizionatore si è poi riscaldata nella notte col passare delle ore. Consiglierei di impostare le temperature un po più alte a camere vuote. ”
