“The negative thing: I travel a lot but have never ever seen a hotel where I had to pay sooo much for a bottle of water... They give you coffee but no complimentary Water with it... Found that very awkward but the entire hotel with its location was superb....”

“The room was clean. There is no elevator and staff does not offer help for luggage. Parking is a bit inconvenient because it is a 3-5 minute walk away from the back entrance. Our toilet was broken (wouldn't flush) for the duration of our trip. We reported it and they tried to fix it and failed. We weren't offered an alternate room or any discount for the inconvenience of literally not being able to use the bathroom in our hotel for our several day long trip. “Non è la prima volta che soggiorno a Los Angeles e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal quartiere Glendale, l’albergo è un ottima soluzione pulito e con parcheggio a pagamento 10 dollari a notte, si trova difronte ad un centro commerciale vi sono molti posti dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione per vedere i punti turistici più importanti di LA, vicino agli Universal Studios.”
