“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Burbank Downtown during our recent trip to Los Angeles. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Universal, restaurants, and shopping areas. We especially appreciated the spacious room, which felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist...

“The property looks like had been renovated before but lots of things still look outdated and not modernize. One thing very important is they should provide a non slip mat in the bath tub because it is very slippery when wet. I almost slip and fell when I took a shower. Also, a shower head is missing. There was also no plugs near the bed for phone charging. Air conditioning pretty noisy also. But overall, it was a good stay to have some rest.”

“It was a pain to park, especially when obvious employees of the restaurant park in our spot to go to the restaurant, almost every day, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The TV was completely useless, we couldn’t get any channels at all. The inside of the room was decent, I’ll give it that. But it was disappointing”

“Poor customer service, the front desk person always hide in their room. They said they have on the go breakfast but they forget to restock so nothing. I don’t recommend this place. Very bad experience.”

“La colazione è un po' scarsa, a parte questo la struttura è ottima soprattutto per la posizione vicino agli Universal Studios e all'osservatorio Griffith e comoda anche per muoversi in città ”

“We love staying here for the convenience of the shuttle to take us to Universal. It also has great surrounding places to eat and shop. The only downside was our bathroom had a leaky ceiling that we notified to maintenance and the tv oftentimes glitched.”

“The Bar and lounge area were great. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was that the pool was not open.”

“Non è la prima volta che soggiorno a Los Angeles e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal quartiere Glendale, l’albergo è un ottima soluzione pulito e con parcheggio a pagamento 10 dollari a notte, si trova difronte ad un centro commerciale vi sono molti posti dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione per vedere i punti turistici più importanti di LA, vicino agli Universal Studios.”

“All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was not being notified verbally to morning breakfast hours, which the food is solid, are different on the weekend compared to the weekdays. I missed Monday morning. The facility is very secure.”

“The gave me a room at the end of aisle and it was too noisy do to poor soundproofing windows. I complained and they moved me to the same room, just 2 floors over. Receptionis was very unpolite. I do like Hampton Inn hotels but this is the worst ever. ”
