Escape to this adorable 3-bedroom solar cottage on Pot Island in the Thimble Islands. With 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for an private getaway. The bathroom is well-equipped for your needs. A phenomenal place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

This single family home sits on 1 acer of land on a private island with use of two docks. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 and there is a large gas grill for use. The house has a two large decks, perfect for gathering at meal times. The front deck is covered and the back deck is uncovered. There is also a small back deck off the primary bedroom with an outdoor shower with amazingly strong water pressure.

The home is solar and propane powered. The solar system supports the house, including lights, ceiling fan, phone/computer chargers, and the refrigerator. There are limitations with a solar home including absolutely no use of a hair dryer. The propane runs the stove and instant hot water heater.

The island is shared with two other homes, out of sight from this dwelling, each on their acer of land. There is a passenger ferry that runs every hour on the hour to get to and from the private location.
