“Hotel was in a good location and room was nice. A couple of the fittings need attention and the cleaners did not replace “consumables”.
It is a self checkout so can’t rate the stafff.

“We truly had an amazing stay at Balmers Lawn! We got a really good deal for Easter weekend, and it exceeded expectations on every level. The room was only classified as "standard" yet it was huge, lovely big bathroom, and they had put Easter Craft in the room for the kids. Kids can use the swimming pool in the morning and evening, and we had it to ourselves each morning we went!
