“Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. However, the room felt like a room an ex-convict would be given just after release from prison. The lighting was cold with no bedside table lamps. In the bathroom there were two tiny bars of the cheapest “soap”...

“I booked a queen sized bed and it wasn’t a queen it was a double. They don’t have queen sized beds. Very disappointing. The staff was nice though. Just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get it.”

“The staff was very helpful. While there my father had fallen and was hurt. They helped with calling 911. And help to extend our stay by a day. They were friendly and supportive after everything that happened. I would definitely stay there again”
