“Das Familienzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Skipisten sind nicht weit entfernt. Alles super. ”

“Das Hotel liegt schön ruhig im Wald. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind seh schön eingerichtet und beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei und es wird schnell auch alles wieder aufgefüllt. Man hat wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder.”

“The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. “Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. “Unser Aufenthalt war excellent. Das Zimmer war schick designt, mit viel Holz und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Da kam Alpenflair hoch! Es war sehr sauber. Die Matratze war nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Das Bad war modern und zugleich Rustikal - eine gelungene Kombination. Der Besitzer war stets nett und sehr angenehm.
