“Smells really good when you walk in. Clean hotel. Beds are too high. Water in shower cold Sunday morning. Location is good. Check in was smooth. ”

“We stayed 2 nights at $250.00 a night, more than what I usually spend; however, it had free breakfast and a pool so I justified it since it was Easter weekend. The pool was full of things from the trees. I mean covered the entire pool & the filters were full of them. Also the chairs & surrounding area was littered with tree droppings. I asked for it to be cleaned & waited with my kids for an hour and then left. They know this is an issue & should have the trees hung with something to catch...

“Camera con la possibilità di cucinare. Ottima per non andare sempre a mangiare al ristorante. Spaziosa, con tavolo 4 posti a sedere, due grandi letti. Consigliabile sicuramente e con un prezzo onesto per l'offerta. Come tutti (o quasi) gli hotel negli States, ampio parcheggio a disposizione e colazione compresa (entro le ore 9). ”

“Location is great- very close to Town Ctr and Sullivans. In a cute shopping ctr w food choices available. Bed was pretty comfortable. Sheets were clean. Towels were thick. Room needed a major overhaul. Bathroom was gross. Mold in shower, paint on bottom of tub chipped badly, walls and door dirty and scuffed. The lady that checked us in was unfriendly and also wanted to charge us $25 to check in 30 min early. No thanks. We came back at 4 and luckily another lady was there and was nice...

“Checked in to learn that I no longer had the king suite that I paid for but a handicap king studio. Only received a $15 credit per night for the inconvenience. I chose this hotel because of the suite room. The staff offered to let me cancel my reservation with no penalty, knowing darn well all the hotels were full. The worst customer service that I have ever been a part off. Never expected this to happen in Charlestonn.”

“Tipico motel amerciano che ti permette di parcheggiare l'auto proprio davanti la porta della stanza. La camera era comoda e spaziosa e dotata di quanto necessario per il soggiorno. Ci sono una piscina, una piccola palestra e un giardino con tavolini. La colazione sia dolce che salata con anche frutta In posizione comoda per raggiungere la città di Charleston ”

“Breakfast starts at 5:30 which is really good for early bird travelers ”

“ The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”
