A spacious kitchen boasts a large kitchen bar, like-new stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for enjoying meals with your group.



Three bedrooms are located on the upper two levels, offering a nice separation of space from the shared living space for a quiet retreat. A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a bonus bunk-room offer ample sleeping space on the second floor. Or, make your way to the third floor for the loft bedroom, where you will be treated to gorgeous views right from the comfort of bed.

This charming townhome is situated in the Boreas Pass neighborhood, an area popular for its peaceful surroundings and incredible views! This area is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts with both the Baldy and Boreas Pass Loop trailheads nearby perfect for summer hiking adventures. Another great option is to enjoy a sunny day with a visit to the Blue River, just an 8-minute drive from the home, where you have endless opportunities for fishing and kayaking. In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort, getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those who enjoy learning more about the history of an area, be sure to visit the nearby Breckenridge Sawmill Museum or Washington Mine and Milling Exhibit for a look at the history of this area. If you are looking for a bit more city life you are just three miles from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy.



Getting Around:

You can’t beat the location of this home! Just a few steps outside your front door, you will find the Lucky bus stop on the Boreas Pass Loop, making it easy to head into downtown or out to the surrounding areas. For those with a vehicle, you are just a 10-minute drive to downtown. Once downtown, you can park and hop on to the FREE Main Street Trolley and enjoy exploring downtown with ease. For those traveling between the months of November to May, AWD/4WD drive is required.

Great Quiet Spot Perfect for a Mountain Family Getaway

I brought my 18 and 20 year old sons and wife to Colorado for a first time vacation to the state. We were so pleased with this property because it was away from the larger condo buildings in Breckenridge to give you some quiet privacy and amazing views of the mountains. Property was clean and matched the photos from the site. Outdoor patios from the kitchen on first floor and outside master bedroom were perfect for a morning breakfast or late lunch. This is a great gem of a property which is totally updated and would recommend to any family looking for Breckenridge as your home base but give you some additional privacy and better views of the mountains with the elevation from downtown area. Would book this again in a heartbeat.
