Ci sono due zone giorno e due master suite. C'è anche una lavanderia privata e un garage per due auto. Aggiornamenti in tutto. Goditi i sentieri escursionistici nelle vicinanze o dirigiti a Breckenridge per fare shopping, ristoranti e sciare. Il Summit Stage riprende nelle vicinanze.

La zona giorno principale offre soffitti a volta e splendide viste dalle grandi finestre. C'è una TV a schermo piatto montata sopra un bellissimo camino a gas e mobili accoglienti. Dirigiti fuori verso il ponte spazioso e avvolgente con vista sugli alberi e aria fresca di montagna. Approfitta della tua vasca idromassaggio privata dopo una giornata di avventure all'aria aperta.

La cucina di dimensioni standard è fornita di tutte le pentole e stoviglie essenziali per preparare un pasto lontano da casa e presenta ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Goditi il dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino e due forni completi. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare da otto a dieci persone e ci sono tre posti aggiuntivi al bar per la colazione. C'è un bagno per gli ospiti a questo livello principale con un singolo lavandino e una combinazione doccia / vasca con rivestimento in piastrelle. Tutti i bagni sono provvisti di asciugamani e una fornitura iniziale di articoli da toeletta.

Ci sono due camere da letto su questo livello principale. Il bagno interno ha un singolo lavandino e una cabina doccia con rivestimento in piastrelle. La seconda camera degli ospiti presenta un letto queen-size e un letto a castello a due letti, ed entrambi fanno parte del nostro programma di biancheria da letto bianco avorio. Il bagno per gli ospiti al piano superiore ha un singolo lavandino e una cabina doccia.

Al piano inferiore il livello inferiore offre una seconda zona giorno e un'altra camera da letto. L'accogliente zona giorno offre una TV a schermo piatto e posti a sedere. La terza camera degli ospiti ha due letti a castello twin-over-full sul nostro programma Ivory White Bedding. C'è anche un materasso a una piazza e mezza sotto un letto a castello che può essere estratto per ulteriori posti letto. Il bagno interno ha un singolo lavandino e una combinazione doccia / vasca con rivestimento in piastrelle. C'è un ingresso al garage privato per due auto con ganci montati e una panchina. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard e viene fornito un detergente per il bucato per la vostra comodità.

Everything was great, as promised, very clean, everything you would ever need was provided, from cooking utensils to fans , humidifiers, extra blankets, etc. Turn key in my eyes, would book again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

I liked the house, the layout and size were great. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The traffic at the house was shockingly loud it was a huge negative about the experience especially trying to sleep at night. I also took 2 ice cold showers even though there were only 4 of us staying at the house and none of us took showers at the same time, somehow we still ran out of hot water.

We loved everything about this rental. Spacious, extremely clean, well equipped kitchen, very nice beds and linens. Every bedroom has its own bath. This is a huge plus with a family. Location could not have been better for getting to the slopes and downtown Breckinridge.

Property was actually better than pictures, specially leaving room kitchen area. Bathrooms where clean and nice.(some of them small but still good). One important thing is always Mattresses. They where nice and maybe new, Comfortable. Pillows where for me and out group to soft but no big deal. Appliance where nice and new. Plenty of dishes and cups. Location is close to down town or main street and easy access to ski resort. We where 3 families, six adult and six teenage and had still plenty of room. NOW, Fireplace was not working properly and for winter time is all about fireplace. We had contact the management and they have sent Someone to check on it next day. Maybe there is a trick to keep it on but we had the problem to have it continuing on, it turned off after 7-30 minute and sometimes came back on by it self. I guess it is the thermostat that is not working properly. We had few little issue and management fix the. Another Big issue for larger group is showering at same time. Maybe water heater is too small. But we managed that one as well. Another Issue is the stairs railing with big space between post which could be dangerous for families with small children. I have informed the management company about this and hopefully they can fix that. Vail is about 40 minute away and easy ride. it is worth for a half day trip or ski day. Overall I would recommend this property. We had lots of fun but not enough snow for ski which is common for this time of year.

Our (extended) family was in town for a wedding and I can’t say enough about the accommodations at Crown! It provided the space we needed, meticulously clean, exceptional communication with agency, beautiful setting and convenient to the quaint downtown of Breckenridge. Nothing stopping you from booking this beautiful home!

We arrived with trucks, trailers and 6 motorcycles. The location was great. We were far enough out of Breckinridge but close enough to just run into town. We had 5 couples so this place was a great fit. Everyone had private space and their own bathroom. The satellite parking lot was close enough and safe for trailer parking. The mud/ ski area off the garage was a bonus. We could hang leathers, riding boots etc. and not have to carry them up the stairs. What we all noticed was how quiet the house was with 10 people milling around. The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great kitchen table. Great for game nights. We had a great time riding and enjoyed many fabulous restaurants. I wound recommend this location!

This was a stay for an engagement party. Was a beautiful space close to town. Nice amenities overall. Very glad to have had such a pretty space to spend time with friends. The negative include two sets of steep and narrow stairs, The driveway was so tight that we had to back the entirety, highway noises, and the property was warm in June with no A/C. The fans in the closets helped to cut down on some of that however.

This house is the coziest ever. Even though it’s large and accommodates a group of 12+. Cleanliness off the charts along with every amenity needed. You don’t have to leave the comfort of the home for anything other than activities planned. View amazing especially for nice pictures. Let’s not forget to mention how extremely close it’s located to town. When traveling again to Breckinridge I definitely recommend this home as your home away from home.

Super easy check in and out. From the kitchen to bathrooms, it comes with everything you need. Hot tub was very nice. Spacious bedrooms with king and queen beds. Close to town for a pizza pick-up. Wonderful place for a ski trip.

We had a great weekend in Breckenridge. The house was a wonderful setup for families, with bedrooms on all three floors. The kitchen was fully setup for family cooking, with plenty of dishes/glasses and cookware. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms worked really well. Only a couple hiccups. First the check in time seemed kinda late at 4:30pm (with a fee of $50/hour for early checkin/checkout). I just don't understand why, if the cleaners are finished, they won't let you check in earlier. Second, the hot tub wasn't ready for us, and needed to be serviced the following day. Although they gave us a $40 refund for the inconvenience, this was disappointing. Although the service guy, Matty, was super nice and helpful. And the agency was clear in communicating about the problem and timeline for repair. It just meant we couldn't use the hot tub for 1/3 of our visit.

This property is about ten minutes by car from downtown Breckenridge. The house has three "adult" bedrooms and two separate "kids" rooms. The house was very clean and well supplied with towels in the bathrooms and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking large family meals. The stairs in the house are a bit steep for anyone with health issues. It is also built just off the highway and does have traffic noise. Overall we had a wonderful time getting our spread out family all together.

The pictures do this no justice! It is absolutely beautiful. So much space for a large group to stay comfortably. Had the privacy we wanted but was still close enough to town to enjoy all Breck has to offer. A family member saw the pictures from the weekend and is planning to book their stay soon!
