The Space:
With space for up to 10 of your loved ones, this beautiful 4-bedroom ski-in/ski-out home has everything you need and more for a memorable group trip in Breckenridge. Located within walking distance to Snowflake Chair lift at Peak 8, the home boasts 4 levels of living space with two living rooms, a spacious deck with a private hot tub, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom!
When you arrive at the home, you will arrive at a tiled entryway off the front door, where you will find a bench conveniently located to sit down and take off your outdoor gear before settling into the home. Just off the entryway is a powder room that you will pass on your way into the open main living space. The main living space will become the gathering spot for your group! Here you will find the kitchen/dining/living room in one large space complete with soaring windows overlooking the trees, vaulted ceilings, and stylish furnishings.
A statement-making rock hearth with a gas fireplace is a highlight of the living room, where you will find a leather sofa and a sitting bench situated next to the fire. Keep warm on chilly winter days while you relax in this space and watch the snow falling out the large windows, or enjoy a movie night with your group from the mounted TV. Next to the living room is the dining area, which boasts a large table with seating for 8 underneath a stylish lighting fixture. Enjoy dinners with your group while taking in the gorgeous views and keeping warm by the fire, the open layout of this space makes it all possible! Next to the dining table is the fully equipped kitchen. This space features lovely granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen bar overlooking the dining area with two bar stools for additional seating. The chef in your group will appreciate getting to enjoy the views out of the soaring windows while preparing meals in the kitchen!
Head up the stairs from the main living space and come to an open loft area, a dynamic room that can be used for everything from an extra hang-out spot to an additional sleeping space. This cozy space has two plush reading chairs, a couch, and a cushioned window bench. A TV is situated in the corner of the room ready for movie nights, or turn this space into an extra sleeping area and pull out the king-size bed from the couch.
When you are ready to tuck in for the night, head down one level from the main living space, where you will find two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features two twin beds, as well as a large dresser tucked underneath a window and a mounted TV. This cozy bedroom has the added comfort of an attached full bathroom, which boasts a single-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo. Across from this bedroom, you will find the master suite, a charming room that boasts impressive views out of the soaring windows, a king-size bed, and a mounted TV. The bedroom includes a sofa bed great for families traveling with little ones and a walk-in closet providing ample storage space. The master bedroom includes an attached bathroom with a double-sink vanity that runs the length of the wall, providing ample space to spread out and get ready for the day. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a jetted soaking tub, perfect for freshening up before tucking into bed.
Head down one more flight of stairs and come to an additional two bedrooms on the basement level of the home. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed next to large windows overlooking the trees as well as a door that leads out to the deck where you will find the private hot tub. Rounding out this cozy bedroom are matching nightstands with lamps, a dresser, a mounted TV, and an attached full bathroom that boasts a single-sink vanity and a shower/bathtub combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the basement hallway for shared use with the second basement bedroom. The second basement bedroom is great for sharing with plush bedding on king size bed, a mounted TV, a large dresser, and a door that leads out to the hot tub on the deck.
Guests can step out and enjoy the fresh mountain air from one of the home's outdoor spaces, which include a balcony off the main living space with patio chairs, and a deck off the basement where you will find the private hot tub.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including a private hot tub. Guests will ONLY have access to 2 parking places, one inside the garage and one in the driveway in front of the home. Guests will also have access to an HOA-shared pool at the Upper Village Pool.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home is in an excellent location, placing you within walking distance of both the heart of downtown Breckenridge and ski lifts! Just a one-minute walk from the home will take you to Snowflake Chair Lift, the only lift of its kind, making a 45-degree turn halfway through to the Peak 8 drop-off point. Or make a quick drive to either the BreckConnect Gondola or Quicksilver Superchair lift and take on some of the best slopes in Breck! For days, you are looking for a different type of outing, make the short 1-mile walk over to the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy. In the summer months, hiking trails, such as Sawmill Reservoir or the Burro Trailhead, are a quick drive away. Be sure to check out the many festivals and concerts that happen year-round downtown and at Riverwalk Center. Endless opportunities await in this beautiful year-round destination town, and this home places you central to it all!
Getting Around:
From this centrally located home, you can easily walk to many of the main attractions, ski lifts, and eateries. Situated across the street from the Snowflake Lift, you can be on your way up the slopes in minutes! Or, jump on the FREE bus line in Breck at the Elk Ridge stop across the street, providing easy access to everything in Breckenridge. Downtown Breck is within a less than 20-minute walk from the home where you can easily hop on the free Main Street trolley which is a great option for exploring downtown, Breckenridge. And, both the BreckConnect Gondola and Quicksilver Superchair Lift are less than a 5-minute drive away, giving you quick access to the best ski runs in town!
Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
There is a painting & staining project taking place between May-June with minimal disruption, but minor noise and parking adjustments may be present.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please be aware that the upper level and the basement are only accessible by stairs.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Excellent stay!
We had an amazing time! The place was as expected and clean and well-maintained. Timely and responsive communication with the host- answered our questions within minutes before and during our stay. Clear logistical instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Family ski trip
Ok stay, but were really disappointed on timeliness of getting a maintenance individual to bring a ladder to reach an upper level smoke detector that was beeping low battery alarm. We had to improvise with stools on top of tables to reach it ourselves. Also, the unit is really short on bowls, more are need for serving this large of a unit.Bedding was good, enjoyed having the grill and hot tub. Handy access to Snowflake lift and bus access from the bottom of 4 O clock run.

Enjoyable Stay
Overall the house was in a very nice neighborhood, close to the town and snowflake lift as mentioned.
The host was not very helpful when we tried to send packages before our stay, did not let us leave our bags at the house before checkin.
The house drawers where not very clean; the trash had not been taken out and there where still beer cans on the jacuzzi deck.
Highly recommend changing cleaning service.

The location of this home is excellent, but unfortunately the quality of the stay does not come close to justifying the price point. The beds were poor quality and uncomfortable, and one of the “king bed” bedrooms advertised in the listing was actually two low-quality twin mattresses pushed together, which feels like borderline false advertising. TV quality and WiFi performance were also subpar, which is disappointing for a home positioned as a premium rental. The house itself felt dated and heavily trafficked. Appliances were low quality and unreliable, including the dishwasher and coffee maker. Kitchenware was lacking and worn, with chipped dishes and glasses, only five steak knives for a large home, and very low-quality toilet paper. Extra pillows stored in closets were dirty and stained. Temperature control was a constant issue. The house was either stifling hot or very cold, and it was extremely difficult to regulate comfort throughout the stay. There is also a safety concern at the front walkway, where there is a steep drop-off immediately adjacent to the driveway with no clear protection or warning, which felt especially concerning with children and an elderly guest. We asked for a modest 1–2 hour later checkout, which was not accommodated at all, further contributing to the overall negative experience. The home feels like it is being operated with minimal effort to maximize return, while being marketed as a high-end property. Gravity Haus would’ve been a better value.
