Posizione, posizione, posizione! Ski-in / ski-out convenienza - così come una casa spaziosa Cedars Town, splendidamente ristrutturato con qualità artigianale e un sacco di servizi. Sei a soli 50 metri dalle piste e dall'area riunioni della scuola di sci. Fai scendere i bambini per una lezione, fai delle corse, sciami per un pranzo veloce, poi torna subito sull'ascensore Quicksilver in pochi minuti.

All'interno, troverai una perfetta combinazione di fascino del Colorado vecchia scuola e aggiornamenti di buon gusto. Gli alti soffitti a volta e le ampie finestre conferiscono all'unità un'atmosfera luminosa e ariosa. C'è un sacco di posti a sedere nelle grandi aree soggiorno per bevande après ski e conversazione, giochi di famiglia, sdraiati di fronte al camino a gas, o un film su un grande schermo TV LCD. La cucina gourmet presenta elettrodomestici aggiornati, armadi in rovere, ripiani in granito e un grande tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere per otto.

Excellent all around.

Our first time in Breckenridge. I did not know the area or layout of the town. The listing did stand out and checked all boxes for me. Upon arrival - everything was in top shape. We loved every minute of it. Excellent kitchen, washer and dryer are a must for me when I travel. This property had it. Location next to a small mountain creek gave a great running water background in the primary bedroom. We stated 8 nights and had a great time hiking and biking in the area.

Great location for skiing & access to town

We stayed in April 2024. Megan, the host, was extremely accommodating to allow us to check in early on our arrival date since we had a family member w/us that does not ski. This location is right off Quicksilver lift so literally minutes away. We've stayed in this general area before, but this unit by far exceeds all others with cleaniness and location to ski and town. Easily walkable to Main St area for stores, grocery, and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and gave us plenty of space to unwind after skiing.

First Choice

We've stayed in this property before and plan to continue booking in the future for our sons' spring breaks. It's clean and comfortable and perfectly located with easy access to Peak 9 Quicksilver and Beaver Run superchairs.

Great property and location!

Exactly as advertised

Excellent experience and perfect for long ski weekend with family. 20 paces or so outside the door and you’re strapping on the skis. Easy check in/check out and great communication throughout. Looking forward to beimg a repeat renter here.

Quiet Location Perfection

I’ll start by saying we are picky about our VRBO rentals . Our Family of 5 from Baltimore rented this unit kids are 18, 15, and 12 . It was our first time to Breck and we chose this unit due to the proximity to the quicksilver chair. Can literally ski to your door for the most part and a quick 2 minute walk back to hop on the quicksilver chair. 7 minute walk to downtown . Super close to the free shuttle across the street. Super quiet unit which was great . Very hot water - our family never ran out of water during our stay for showers. Edwin’s is a nice restaurant with good food that you can see from the kitchen . You can also rent from breck sports which is right across the street. Beds were sturdy , mattresses were very nice and comfortable. Hot tub is a short walk across the street in the upper village . The three kids all fit in the same room so we had no arguments about who got which room ;) Great place to rent - would highly recommend .

Great space and location!

This condo met all our expectations! Great space that is very comfy and within a few minute walk of downtown and Gondola. Kids loved the creek flowing right out our front door. We will be back.

Awesome location

Great location for ski in ski out. Condo was awesome as well A caution for those thinking to rent late in the ski season. The lift in front of the condo closed for the season on our second day. And the community hot tub also closed. I guess those are the risks you take skiing close to the end of the season. The host could not have known this so this is not a ding against the property - just some info to help others I will definitely rent this place again!

Great location on peak 9

I have been taking the family skiing out west for two decades and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Located right by two main lifts and easy access to peak 10 & 8. The decor and furnishings were all in great shape with all modern appliances. Well stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, blankets, and towels. You won’t do better in this price range. Had a great time - thanks.

Excellent Townhome

We've stayed at Breckenridge several times, including other Cedars properties, and this has been the best. Well appointed and maintained, we plan on renting it again next spring break. Very nice.

Great Vacation Spot

It was the perfect place for our family of four. The townhouse was comfortable and very well equipped. We really enjoyed having access to all Breckenridge has to offer including a brief walk to Main Street.

Excellent location

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedars 37. There were plenty of blankets for chilly nights and all kitchen amenities we needed. The two parking spaces were great so we had a garage to store our bike and a parking spot for our vehicle.

Wonderful

The location was great. Carpeting in master bedroom a little worn, but the condo was CLEAN. Really clean. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend!
