Great location - We took the grey south bus to Beaver Run each day (southbound you’re first on the bus, northbound less of a ride but you may not get a seat in peak periods) We walked home each night which was reasonable (15 min). We walked once into town but drove other times (10-25 min based on where you’re headed) Hot tub was great but please include instructions- it seemed temperamental and 4 adults with advanced degrees couldn’t quite figure it out ;/. Fix the handrail to the basement otherwise everything was in good shape. Lovely round dining table made for nice dinner and game night. I’m sure it’s not this condos part but please push for recycling. With Vail Resorts extreme commitment to it, I would have expected it in town of Breck too.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor things that would have helped make it a great stay. The couches and upholstered chairs were in need of a refresh as they were uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time. Kitchen lighting could have been much better and instructions for the oven would have been useful. The hot tub was great and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked but dishwasher was in need of some repair. It had great privacy and was quiet and well situated.

Overall everything was great. Condo was clean and in a great location. Only issue was there was no gas in the propane so we couldn't grill and the garage had a table it so I couldn't pull my truck in. But outside of that everything else was great!

The space and location was great. The hot tub worked really well and was serviced while we were there and a convenient time. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. The inside could use updating. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The carpet on the lower level had a snag that had some staple or something out so it hurt your foot w no shoes on.

The unit has lots of space and we never felt crowded, even when some additional friends visited for a few days. Easy walk to the Quicksilver lift - less than 10 minutes and not much farther to Main Street at night. Private hot tub on the deck is perfect after a day on the mountain. Kitchen is surprisingly well stocked, which was great since we like to cook. Overall a great place.

This property was a 5 minute walk to the slopes and perfectly comfortable for hosting dinner each night for a group of 14 family members who were staying in Breck for the weekend (Only 4 were actually residing at the property). It was central for walking to Main Street. The Garage was an added benefit for snowy mornings.

The property is conveniently located a short walk from downtown Breck. The decor is as pictured. The hot tub is in working condition and seats 4 comfortably. Upon arrival, the code provided would not open the lockbox to access the key. The property management company listed on the reservation said they had no record of the property and suggested it had changed management companies since I had made the initial reservation. After a second call/attempt to get the correct lockbox code, the same property management company sent someone out with a new key to access the property. The property was receiving a new roof during our stay. This was not communicated in advance otherwise we would have found a new property. The early morning hammering was a nuisance but not concerning like the nails, trash, and splintered wood that was scattered along and on the exterior walkways and parking lot of the property as well as falling onto the deck by and on the hot tub. There were also several boards of subflooring leaned between the hot tub and the railing of the patio. I attempted to reach out to the owner/property to discuss our concerns but have not received a response. Assuming the roof is completed in the coming week and the nails are cleared from the exterior common areas and the deck, I would recommend the property for it's location. We did not use the kitchen during our stay so cannot speak to those specifics.

Stayed here for a week with husband and three kids to ski. Location was optimal. Enjoyed walking to peak 9 lift and not dealing with parking situation. Easy check in and out. Negatives would be no bathroom on main floor, could use some updating, and very little essentials. But overall, pleasant stay.

While the location of this property is absolutely amazing, it leaves something to be desired. The townhouse is relatively comfortable but it is true what they say that small details can add up and for us, the below small details or lack thereof made this a place we will not return to or recommend: 1. We stayed for 8 nights and there was only one kitchen trash bag in the entire property: the one in the can upon arrival. 2. There were 4 forks and due to COVID we made 90% of our meals at the townhouse so it was necessary to have more. 3. We arrived at night and while I was getting our young daughter ready for bed I plugged in a light and found a used bandaid behind the bedside table, we also found used floss in another room, and lots of trash behind the couch when trying to plug in another light that wouldn't work due to the plug being very bent. 4. The master bedroom shower's water only got to lukewarm on the first use and another shower's handle was just completely off, so you either used the hardware or had to put it back on and take it off after every use. 5. The hot tub maintenance team arrived unannounced to work on the chemicals. While this was appreciated, we would have liked a heads up due to COVID, they arrived the day before we left so they could have just come the next day. 6. The garage door's battery is either dying or needs to be covered up as it was very sensitive to cold and didn't always open consistently, even when using the correct code. The property is a bit dated but that didn't bother us too much.

Very convenient- walk into town! The place was clean, and we enjoyed the newer hot tub. We had a small hiccup upon arrival but it was remedied quickly, mistakes happen and the response received says a lot. I would def. book again with this management company. This townhouse is four floors- I'm only noting for others that didn't look at the floor plan picture carefully. I think thats awesome you need to spread out, but tough if you have older folks who aren't used to altitude or who have mobility challenges. Again, great location and size!

The property is spacious and can easily accommodate 9-10 people. We were able to easily walk to Main Street (5 min). The property itself is great but the decor is dated. The property management team was great and prompt in a minor repair we needed on a cabinet when we initially checked in. It was also nice to have a hot tub on the balcony since many of the other facilities had restrictions and limitations on theirs due to COVID. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We loved the location of this rental. Our only real complaint was the constant construction going on during our stay. There was very little room to park or drive really at all in the driveway due to constant construction vehicles, workers, meal vans, equipment, etc.

We stayed here for the week of Christmas 2019. The property was just as described. They offer an option for early check-in that we took advantage of, and the place was ready on time. Communication with the property manager was easy and responsive. It was located very close to a Brown route bus stop, or it's an easy 5-10 min walk down to the Village. The three levels make it a good setup for two families with kids with two bedrooms downstairs, a master upstairs, and the kitchen/living area in the middle. You can sleep or watch TV without bothering others. The kitchen was well-stocked with a good amount of pots, pans, and dishes. There was a K-Cup machine and a regular coffee pot as well as a crock pot. The hot tub is also nice and worked well when we used it. While the fireplace is a gas one, the glass doors open to allow more heat out, and it easily turns on with a flip of a switch. Parking is great with access to a private garage for a mid-sized SUV, and an outdoor spot behind it that we parked a truck in. Some suggestions would be to have some under counter lighting in the kitchen to brighten it up a little. There was also a smart lock on the door, but I assume it was only for the maintenance/cleaning crew. We had to use the actual key in the key box, and there was only one available. It's a little hard with two families, but we made it work by just leaving the key in the box. Having the smart door access would be easier, but definitely not a big deal. I would recommend this place for a stay in Breckenridge.

I’m a single mom with 3 boys and this was the perfect place for our family ski vacay! We rented skis from charter sports at the Marriott and it was an easy walk to there even though we could have taken the shuttle. The hot tub is awesome and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. We would stay here again for sure!

It was amazing staying at this condo! It was located about a 10min walk from the center of town as well as the ski lift. Everything was extremely clean in the condo. All of the necessities from cooking equipment to towels were provided. The hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the ski day. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Breckenridge.

Accommodations were just a short walk to Peak 9 lifts in Breck. And as such, also a short walk to Breck village around Maggie Pond. Rooms were fine, with plenty of blankets and towels for our group of 4. Plenty of kitchen plates/bowls/pots and pans for cooking. No existing basic supplies other than a slat and pepper shaker so bring everything. Garage was large enough for SUV with space to spare. Hot tub was definitely large enough for our 4. Outside decks were covered in snow though as if they had not been cleared all season. Would consider staying again if we return to Breck with a similar sized group.
