PREMIUM 4 BR, 3. 5 BA HOME - PRIVATE HOT TUB - POSIZIONE TRANQUILLA

Questa bella e spaziosa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni è un eccellente rifugio per famiglie numerose o gruppi di massimo 14 persone. Questa casa di lusso si trova in uno dei migliori lotti nei migliori quartieri di Breckenridge, con un grande cortile, una vasca idromassaggio privata e un sacco di spazio vitale. Sei a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Breckenridge e dalle piste e ci sono eccellenti sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike a pochi passi di distanza. Questa casa a tre livelli è ideale per più famiglie in quanto vi sono due aree di vita.

La zona giorno principale presenta soffitti a volta, grandi finestre che inondano la stanza di luce naturale e un camino a gas mozzafiato. Ci sono giochi da tavolo e una TV LCD con satellite per intrattenere tutti dopo una lunga giornata godendo Breckenridge. La seconda zona giorno al piano di sotto è perfetta per i bambini o per guardare la partita e ha un wet bar, forno a microonde, comodi posti a sedere e una TV LCD. La cucina è una delizia per lo chef con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di alta qualità, tra cui una gamma di gas, un sacco di spazio sul bancone e tutto ciò che serve per preparare un pasto di classe mondiale per le truppe. Un grande tavolo da pranzo in stile fattoria ha posti a sedere per 10-12 persone e c'è spazio per altri due al bar per la colazione. Un altro bar bagnato si trova proprio fuori dalla sala da pranzo con un grande frigo vino.

Un grande ponte con una griglia per barbecue avvolge quasi tutta la parte posteriore della casa e si affaccia sulla vasca idromassaggio e sul grande cortile. Potresti anche avere la fortuna di vedere un alce o due godersi il torrente e l'area delle paludi che si trova dietro la casa. La grande vasca idromassaggio è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e guardare le stelle dopo una lunga giornata sulle piste. C'è un garage riscaldato con 2 posti auto dove puoi tenere le macchine e tutti i tuoi attrezzi da sci o mountain bike. C'è persino un canestro nel vialetto per una partita amichevole durante i mesi estivi.

Location is great and house distrubition excellent. However the house was not clean enough, bathrooms had some details of cleaning, some of the kitchen cutlery were dirty and worst part were the Sofas, the kids found cheerios, pop corn and candy.

Great house and location

The house was great for ski trip with large group of family and friends. Loved the hot tub after long day of skiing and had a moose walk past while sitting in hot tub! Communication with property managers was great too

Family Ski Vacation

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The house itself is beautiful and the layout is perfect for a large family. The location was just 3 mins driving to the center of town, restaurants and skiing. The check process was simple. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property! Minor issue with water and the maintenance response. Also unaware of second maintenance issue and arrival of repair man. Even with these issues the family had a wonderful time!

Amazing house!

I would recommend to any large party of people. Pleanty of room to spread out, great kitchen, spa and more. Tucked a couple minutes from town, this location was greatness. Property manager/rep was also super responsive. Much appreciated.

Great house great location

Hosts were proactive in communicating while we were at the property to make sure all was going well. The property had all amenities included with plenty of towels. Kids loved the sleds from the garage. Hot tub was really nice!

Spacious, quiet and convenient

Plenty of room. Close to the bus lift. Nice and out-of-the-way. Really enjoyed the stay. The one exception was the hot water in the upstairs bathtub. Shower was fine but the bathtub was no-go.

There were 9 adults who stayed. December 26-31. The first thing that was so frustrating was there is not a garage door opener. So middle of winter you have to get out of your vehicle and use the key pad, I was told that there are not openers anymore because people take them or lose them. Then there are no towels for the hot tub. We had to use bath towels for the hot tub. We were there in the month of December and just know there are NO decorations on the property or in the house. They are willing to provide that for an additional 700-1500 dollars. The house needs a deep cleaning and attention to details. The kitchen has enough dishes/utencils but the pots and pans need to be replaced. There were no platters for serving and we cooked a lot and fell short on serving dishes. The house is 3 stories and very chopped up. So if you are looking for open concept, this isn’t it. On Sunday at 8am (the day we were checking out) the hot tub guy was there servicing the hot tub. We were not notified he was coming? For what we paid for this house, I felt that it fell short. Was not polished and did not have a luxury feeling.

Back Again!

We’ve stayed at this property for the past 4 years in a row. We love the property itself and the ability to walk into town is excellent. Had multiple visits from a moose family which was a huge plus! Already looking forward to coming back next year.

A beautiful property. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Convenient, well supplied. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. Don’t look for the bunk beds though. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect location/space for our needs

Outside of one literal "slip-up", due to some ill-managed ice build-up on the front porch (which we chipped away with the tools provided) and a "quirky" oven error message (oven will turn off unexpectedly) that resulted in a late dinner on that first night, we settled in nicely and the house was perfect for our needs (3 couples and their children ages 3 - 10). The house is clean and well appointed. The house provided comfort and space for the folks who didn't ski and the location made it easy to hit up all the local mountains with extremely easy skier drop/off pick up in Breckenridge. When we were all home, there was plenty of space to hang out together OR to grab some privacy! Thank you for a memorable stay. We'll hope for this property to be available again when we return next time!

Good house for a group

House was clean and had most of the essentials. Heated garage and steamer showers were great. The walk to the ice rink for the bus routes isn’t bad at all and if it snows you can just ski down the sidewalk before it gets plowed. Critiques: there were no extra garbage bags and limited extra toilet paper and paper towels so we needed to purchase those shortly after arriving. The only shovels available were for dirt… this made it difficult to shovel snow off sidewalk, around hot tub, and deck. This is probably why there was ice built up on front entrance stairs and sidewalk since they don’t appear to get shoveled regularly. A few snow shovels would be super helpful. Also, a few of the mattresses are very uncomfortable and should be replaced, especially in the bunk room.

Great location

The layout of the house was perfect. The size worked out great for the number of people staying. The beds could use updating, not so comfortable to sleep in. I would recommend to others and we'd come back to stay again.

Fell on love with Breckenridge

Our Thanksgiving holiday week was made extra special at Brooks Hill Lodge- felt like home as soon as we walked in ! The kitchen is so well equipped ! Very nice fir our family. A playful fox showed up one morning ! Snowflakes fell on our last night as we got in to the hot tub . Children learned to ski !

Amazing property, somewhat annoying rental process

This property is fantastic, the kitchen and bathrooms especially are very nice and well equipped. They are not lying when they say how many people it can hold, it comes with a ton of cups, plates etc so you won't have to constantly do dishes, and lots of very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this for any medium-large group. My only complaint is that you have to do a lot of the rental process outside of the VRBO platform. I may just be new to this, but I did not love how I had to do my rental agreement, damage deposit, and most of the payment outside of VRBO, it made me feel like I would have less recourse in case anything went wrong. Luckily everything was great, but as this was my first experience with this rental I was a little nervous at first. If you are renting from them and nervous about this, my experience with them was great but I was nervous too.
