Situato fuori dall'autostrada 9 a meno di 5 miglia a sud di Breckenridge, questa proprietà di Blue River con tre camere da letto e tre bagni, con tre camere da letto, può ospitare comodamente fino a 13 persone. Boschi di pioppi e di pini forniscono privacy e ombra mentre un ruscello gorgogliante scorre sotto il ponte di legno dietro l'ampio ponte. Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni o gioca nella sala giochi al piano di sotto dove un tavolo da biliardo di dimensioni standard, area bar con frigo e lavello e uno schermo piatto con film attende.

La casa di montagna a tre livelli, pensierosamente arredata, invita famiglie o gruppi numerosi a rimanere per un po 'con un ampio spazio per gli armadi, una dispensa walk-in, bagni completi con docce, vasche e doppi lavandini; una lavanderia, un armadio di biancheria fornito e una selezione di libri eclettica. Ritiratevi nel soggiorno incassato per divani in pelle, un lussuoso rocker, un caminetto a gas telecomandato, un sistema audio e uno schermo piatto o intrattenetevi nella cucina a pianta aperta fiancheggiata da un bar in granito e da comodi sgabelli in pelle.

Un delizioso secondo piano fuori dal lato nord del soggiorno offre comodi posti a sedere, un grill a gas e un camino di ghiaia perfetto per rilassarsi e osservare le stelle. Il tranquillo terzo piano accoglie il sonno con due camere da letto private, una dotata di un letto matrimoniale lussuoso, schermo piatto, balconcino privato e armadio completo e un altro con un comodo letto matrimoniale. Love the layout, kitchen bedrooms two living spaces, pool table and games. Hot was good just need to repair the jets, very low pressure on one side and nothing on the other side. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood, with friendly folks on our morning walks.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood in the forest. We had plenty of room to spread out. The game room with the pool table was great. The hot tub was very nice to have. Kitchen had everthing we needed as well. Great place to stay & close to clty center!

Ski Vacation

The home was very convenient to Breckenridge, within about a 10-minute drive to the day lots. The home had plenty of room for a family with teenagers to spread out and be comfortable. Pool table and Hot tub were nice amenities and visits from the neighbor's dog Booka were very pleasant.

Peaceful Winter Wonderland

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Brookside House! Our family of five enjoyed a perfect long weekend ski getaway in this spacious, charming home. It was impeccably clean and exuded that classic ski/mountain lodge vibe that makes a trip in Colorado feel so special. The layout was ideal, giving everyone plenty of space to relax, and the pool table was a huge hit with the kids.One of the best highlights was the hot tub on the deck, surrounded by towering trees—pure bliss after long days on the slopes. The location couldn’t be better—just a short 7-8 minute drive to Breckenridge, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that made our stay feel truly serene.The team at Alpine Edge even checked in with a thoughtful call, ensuring we had everything we needed. While we didn’t require any assistance, it was great knowing they were readily available.With the fresh snow blanketing everything, the Brookside House felt like a true winter wonderland. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again—highly recommended!

Nice location but terrible odor

This place has potential but needs A LOT of work. I get the feeling these reviews are friends/family because theres no way its above a 2-3 star VRBO. The whole place smells awful. Not sure if its the pet policy and carpets are just filthy but we could not stand the smell and left a day early. The showers are disgusting and overall the place needs some TLC to bring it up to this price range. Disappointing for the price. There was dog poop in the driveway and dog pee in the entrance way to the house. The beds are very cheap mattresses with foam pads. Very uncomfortable. Honestly, worst VRBO ive stayed in which is why i think these reviews are fake.

Family Ski Trip

It was a great stay. Everything was comfortable and well equipped and stocked. Plenty of towels for the hot tub. Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Without traffic it’s about 10 minutes to peak 9.

Good and spacious rental. But the kitchen is a bit understocked with cooking items. And the hot tub was not warming when we arrived. Other than that, we had a great time.

Quiet getaway outside of town

We had a great stay here just 7 min from Breckenridge. The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood just off highway 9. The house was clean and the check in was so easy. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill on one of the two decks which was so relaxing after days hiking nearby. The listing was slightly confusing but it didn’t impact our stay. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, one on the main floor just off the kitchen and no bedrooms in the basement, but the basement was a great hang out spot. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

Nice but …

Overall our experience was good. From the pictures and reviews we thought we’d be more secluded. Neighbors are quite but the highway is close and you hear traffic all day and night. The home is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, and cookware, but bring your own spices (salt and pepper) / condiments if you plan on cooking. Only half the jets in the hot tub work. Out of a dozen pool cues (most are broken in half) only one is in working condition. Easy drive into Breckenridge.

Clean, spacious, great location!

My family lived this home. Family of 5 and had plenty of room. My only complaint was when we checked in the hot tub was set at 58 degrees. Took a while day to warm up to be used. Thanks for the memories!

Great location

Really great location, private enough and populated enough for our taste. I know this is out of their control but just be aware they are building some cabins in the area, so if you're looking for peace and quiet you may not find it if they're building close by. The brook was wonderful and really made up for the other noise. We weren't sure how to control the thermostat and had trouble locking the door. I called but it was outside the hours of operation. We ended up figuring it out but maybe some details in writing would be good. Really amazing time with family, everything worked, it was clean and plenty of space. Would highly recommend.

Great place for our family Thanksgiving

We had a great stay in this house for our holiday weekend. It is well appointed and the kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms are very nice. The kitchen and family room is a good size for everyone to hang out. The hot tub was perfect. My only complaint is that my pool game was embarrassing!!
