Posizione, posizione, posizione! Praticità sci-in / ski-out praticamente - così come una spaziosa residenza cittadina splendidamente ristrutturata con qualità artigianale e numerosi servizi. Sei letteralmente a 50 metri a piedi dalle piste e dall'area meeting della scuola di sci. Rilascia i bambini per una lezione, fai qualche corsa, scia per un pranzo veloce, quindi torna subito sull'ascensore Quicksilver in pochi minuti.

Amerai questa casa con interni ampi, luminosi e ariosi, soffitti a volta e decorazioni di buon gusto. La zona giorno dispone di un camino a gas e un sacco di comodi posti a sedere per un film sulla grande TV LCD, giochi con i bambini o semplicemente una conversazione rilassante. Preparati uno snack après ski o una cena speciale in montagna nella cucina gourmet; c'è un bellissimo tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere per sei e spazio per altri quattro al bancone.

Godrai inoltre dell'accesso stagionale alle vasche idromassaggio condivise e alla Upper Village Pool, un patio, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un garage annesso per una macchina. Great Place and Location

Loved the layout of the place…very big. We like to cook so the kitchen was really nice! You couldn’t ask for a better ski in ski out.

uncomfortable secondary room

The house may be more suitable for families with small children, since the second bedroom has bunk beds and is uncomfortable for adults. but overall it is a great property.

Christmas ski vacation

Great location for a family Christmas. Easily accessible to chair lifts. Teens walked up to Beaver chair lift and the 10 year old and I skiied down to quicksilver lift. Easy walk into town also for all the beautiful Christmas lights and shopping. The lodge had everything we needed to cook most meals at home. It was a great stay!

Great location!

The location can't be beat! You're literally steps away from the Silver Chair and a block away from the Beaver Run resort. The shuttle is across the street from the property. Management is highly responsive...aside from the three flights of stairs to the fourth floor bedrooms, this is an ideal place to stay, and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Spring ski trip

We had a wonderful weekend for our family spring ski trip. It was a great ski in ski out location. It was the perfect location to ski for the morning, then stop back in to eat lunch, then head out for more fun. The only down side was our car couldn’t fit in the garage, but we knew that when we booked. Luckily our daughter’s car fit just fine. We would definitely book here again!!

Great ski weekend!

The description with respect to ski in and out doesn’t do it justice. You can ski within 50’ of the front door. Skiing out just carry your stuff 40’ down the road and go between the buildings and the slope is right there! Everything was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, but overpriced

I am a returner to this property. I love it. The location is great. 5mn walk to town, 1mn to the Quicksilver superchair, so convenient! I stayed in this unit 2yrs ago, and I was very pleased to see that they updated the kitchen and partially the bathroom next to it. They were both way overdue. However, the price of the unit is twice what I paid for 2 years ago for the same dates (Thanksgiving week). It's 4 times during Spring Break. I had reached management bc I thought it was an error. I could not believe the price increase. While it's a great unit, to me it is not worth the price anymore. We reserved early and came with additional family, but due to the price, depending on the date when we go back to Breck, we will choose more affordable options (we go there almost yearly). I had stayed in other places and prefer this one but now the price is prohibitive. Others price is still ok. Summary: PROS: - Location - Updated kitchen (fully stocked!) - Comfortable, spacious, warm - Parking (garage and in the housing complex) CONS: - Price - Unit needs some attention to detail given the new price (higher standards now!). For ex, the remodel in the downstairs half bath is really half way done. They redid the counter and the floor. However, they left the towel bars, light switch covers, mirror, sideboards, from the 1980s (wood/gold). The upstairs main bedroom bathroom does not have a drain cover (but the second bdr bathroom does). More hangers would help. OVERALL, recommended but pricy!

Perfect vacation townhouse!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The slope-side mountain view is unbeatable, the stream in front of the unit is awesome to listen to at night under the mountain stars with a glass of wine. The unit was nicely updated (kitchen was great!) very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a perfect vacation spot!

Summer Vacation

We enjoy spending time in Breckenridge every summer. The location of the Cedars townhome was an excellent location to walk to town or hike up the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations.

Family Ski Vacation

Great location within walking distance of the Beaver Run Rec Center, ski in from Lower Lehman, and ski out to the Quicksilver lift at the base of peaks 9 and 10. The unit is dated but clean and all the appliances and equipment was working. The full size kitchen is fairly well equipped for keeping up with 3 meals a day. Bedrooms are a great size and the beds were comfortable; though the pillows were shot and we wished we'd brought our own. We're foam pillow owners though so maybe we're not the best judge. Overall, enjoyed the stay and plan to return next season.

Cedars 29 Slopeside

Ski in/ski out and walk to town. Can't beat the location! Be that said, the unit is in need of a good deep cleaning and updating. Had some issues with the 2nd floor tv and the fireplace which the management company took care of promptly. They were great! For the price of the unit per night it is not unrealistic to expect hi-def cable tv - felt like we were watching tv in the early days of cable. We were lucky to have some good spring skiing so that was a bonus too!
