    Si innamori di questa maestosa casa 3.940 piedi quadrati situato a solo un isolato alla fermata della navetta Breckenridge Free Ride e si trova a breve distanza dal centro di Breckenridge. Questa è una proprietà ideale a Breckenridge, soprattutto se si sta visitando con un grande gruppo di persone come questa casa può ospitare fino a 14 persone.

    La casa ha quattro camere da letto più un soppalco, e bagni quattro e mezzo. La casa dispone di un incredibile eleganza montagna al meglio nella sala grande con pavimenti in legno, soffitti a volta, grandi finestre, legno di accento e un camino a gas immenso. La grande sala è arredata con due sedie succulenti laterali in pelle, un grande divano e accogliente sedia laterale che si trovano in vista del televisore a schermo piatto.

    Appena fuori il soggiorno è la cucina e sala da pranzo illuminata. Il gourmet, cucina a pieno carico ha tutti granito, un bar per la colazione con posti a sedere per tre e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Godetevi il vostro pasto cucinato a casa nel comfort della propria casa al tavolo da pranzo in legno rustico con posti a sedere per otto persone.

    Ognuna delle cinque camere da letto è squisita nel suo modo elegante propria montagna. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king racchiuso in lenzuola di lusso con una grande finestra sul comodino, camino a gas, TV con DVD e un bagno padronale privato. Il bagno principale è in forma di un re con la piena doccia piastrelle in vetro, in granito con doppio lavabo, e una grande vasca idromassaggio.

    La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con una grande finestra e schermo piatto. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato. La quarta camera ha due letti singoli racchiusi in divertimento, biancheria da letto denim. Al piano superiore, il loft ha due serie di letti a castello con TV e una bella scrivania per essere sicuri di rimanere in pista anche in vacanza.

    La zona al piano terra vivente non è solo sede della zona dei media di massa con divani di lusso e sedie laterali intorno al camino a gas, ma offre anche una TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e un impianto stereo per l'intrattenimento finale. Il patio posteriore detiene una vasca idromassaggio all'aperto privato, una griglia del barbecue e mobili che sicuramente offrirà il punto caldo di intrattenimento.

The house is very spacious, clean, and in excellent conditions. We had a great vacation and the property manager was very helpful with any needs we had. We would gladly go back.

March 2015 Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Space was great for 3 families. Could use serving utensils and expected cards or games in game room. Loved the space. Hot tub was nice after long day of skiing.

Best Family Vacation Property!

We brought our family and friends for a memorable trip before all of our kids are gone off to college. We had such a great time at the house! It was very spacious and had plenty of beds for our group. Interior was really nice and the kitchen / living area was great for cooking and watching football The kids loved the gameroom and the steam shower in Master Bath was unbelievable!! We will definitely stay here again. Jeff was a great management company professional ! Ski Cougtry Resorts was very informative and personable !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the Snowflake lift making it easy to get on the slopes. The bunk beds were not very comfortable as they seemed to be missing slats which made them sag. There was also trash and leftover items from previous guests in a few locations.

BRECK IN THE SUMMER

Overall recommend! very spacious, kitchen equipped. We were “lucky” enough to meet a BEAR in the afternoon, scared us a bit since we were on our way out and kids were scattered as we were trying to get in the car, overall a cool experience and Story to tell back home. We met the lovely neighbors who live there full time and recommend to always check garage area through the front door before opening it- just incase the bears are hanging out. Drive to town is super easy!

Boogers, toe nail and dirty dishes oh my

I would never stay again, or recommend to anyone. Dirty, didn’t just miss a clean; years of dirt. Carpet and furniture is dilapidated, broken, and shows years of wear. Toenail clippings in the carpet. Bloody boogers on the wall. Duct tape holding the carpet down and holes in carpet in other spots. Missing smoke detectors in the main bedrooms. Back door you’re not allowed to use. Strong, moldy smell downstairs. Dishes were dirty. Mattresses so worn that you feel like you’re laying in a hole and flat pillows. Communicated all of this to management company and they did not care. I would post pictures if VRBO let me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a Christmas gift to our children. We wanted it to be an experience, & I believe we nailed it :) Although I am not very techy, I was able to find & book it with relative ease. The location was perfect. The accommodations fit our family perfectly. 4 families were able to spread out nicely. The shuttle service was very convenient & prompt. The driver Kent & another gentleman, the last night (I did not catch his name) were both very friendly & patient. Cleanliness was adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with tools to prepare meals. However the knives were quite dull. There are 2 to 3 dining room chairs that are pretty wobbly. The first night something started beeping in the middle of the night, in the bedroom we were sleeping in (I assume a low battery sensor, on the smoke alarm). I contacted management the next morning & it was taken care of immediately, with a smile & apologies. Management was very available & checked in throughout our stay as to comfort & further needs. We were a bit dismayed that the front steps & sidewalk had not been cleaned creating snowpack & slick conditions. The deck had quit an accumulation of snow. No tools were noted to clean it off with which rendered the outdoor grill & deck unusable. Overall we had a very pleasant stay that hopefully will be cherished for a lifetime by our family.

The location was spot on! The ski out on snowflake run was awesome! Put your boots on Inside the house walk across the street and clip on your skis great! However the ski in was a little tough snowflake run is very flat above the house. Although it was very much ski in ski out!

Great experience

Unfortunate that the hot tub is broken in the backyard but it was not advertised. Everything else was great. Great house in a great location. The ski country shuttle alone is worth the stay. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride and the drivers were great. Definitely would recommend this house.

Weekend Ski Trip

Great location to the chairlifts - a short drive to Quicksilver or a walk to Snowflake. There was plenty of space for everyone with a private bathroom off each bedrooms. While the bedrooms were comfortable & had everything you needed, the loft and common space furniture needs some updating and were uncomfortable. Great option for a larger group with downtown and grocery store less than a 10 min drive.

Great location, but...

Terrific location with easy access to the Snowflake chair (across the street). Huge rooms. Grand common space. Hot tub and steam shower are perfect for apres. The kitchen was under stocked (Two wine glasses?) for the number of people slept. Dinning room chairs were suspect. Toaster is possessed by evil fire spirits. Many windows drafty with locks that don't quite latch. Needs a little maintenance, but a terrific location for a large group.

Pretty good

Location was great. Property was less than a mile from center of Breckenridge. Basement has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a living area and garage access. Main floor has 2 bedrooms (master and mini master) each with its own bathroom. Main also has a half bath. Back patio is small with view of the road/other houses and has a hot tub. Upstairs loft has 2 bunk beds. Layout wasn’t super clear in the listing, so hopefully this description helps. Kitchen was very well stocked. House was great for the price and location. If you’re looking for breathtaking luxury, this isn’t it. Furniture was outdated and shabby. But all and all, the property worked great for our group.

Excellent ski rental

We had a group of 11 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Ski Country Rentals provided excellent service. The shuttle was great -- people's complaints about shuttle service are unreasonable. We used it multiple times almost every day for a week, and it usually picked us up within 10-15 minutes of our call. We did have to wait 30 minutes a couple of times, but that's understandable during late December. Skiing was very convenient. It takes about 90 seconds to walk to a run and then about a minute to ski to the closest lift. My family rents vacation houses at least a couple of times a year, so we have a decent amount of experience with rental properties. This one is great.

POOR MANAGEMENT/ NOT "Ski in/out" unless you consider walking through knee deep snow ski in/out

Booked in advance d/t hot tub and "ski in/out". Was NOT ski in/out. had to trek across road and between 2 other homes to get to trail. Very hard trail to come back on unless experienced snowshoer. We had 2 loads of people coming into town. My group was first to arrive. When we pulled up into drive, it was covered in snow, not salted or cleared on drive, sidewalks, or porch steps. There was a massive snow pile dumped in front of one of the garage doors, so that we could not get in. The garage door opener we were given only worked the door that was covered by snow, so that meant I had to run in the front door and down to open other side of garage. We notified staff of the snow pile and icy conditions immediately in front of house, as well as garage door opener issues. Garage door remote was fixed the following day, however the snow pile was not removed til morning of our 3rd day there. This was AFTER calling everyday, AND having our car slide backwards (in PARK in driveway, since we couldn't get into the garage at the time) and hit a guest while trying to get snow boards out! Snow was removed, but 2" thick ice remained. Hot tub was "out of order" x 2 days of our stay. Maintenance guy said pump was bad and had been "acting up for a week or 2" Wish they would've fixed before when it first starting "acting up" since the hot tub was a huge reason for us picking this home! Master bedroom window was broken--wouldn't stay up when raised without my husband's shoe wedged in it. Microwave over heated in TINY shelf it was in, had to bring it out, set on counter to keep from possibly blowing. I spoke with manager day that the van rolled back re: the driveway (2 ppl slipped hard on ice trying to walk in house) and the non functioning hot tub since we arrived. She assured me the HT was fixed earlier that day (it wasn't, apparently they "tried" but ended up bringing new pump following day cause it wouldn't heat or blow jets.) We started using the shuttles, and one of the drivers said HOA requires heated drives, "they're just to cheap to turn them on" He called to notify HOA, cause even he didn't like how slick and covered the drive was. Manager did not return calls/voicemail after Thursday (3rd day) Checked out on Saturday evening, told desk people about complaints and not hearing back, since there should have been some kind of refund on the hot tub at the VERY least "she doesn't work on the weekends" was all I got. Still no word, today is Monday night.
