Luxury Ski In/Out Condo~Parking~Pool~ Hot Tub~ Best Location!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are located on the 3rd floor, above main street and we are accessible by elevator. We have every amenity you could want! Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, gym, ski valet, underground parking and personal, in-room boot/glove dryer. You'll never need your car once you arrive. All of your dining needs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are just out the door on Main Street. Walk to Lift 9 in 5 minutes! Town bus stop directly outside can take you to the grocery or further down main street. This is a well stocked owner's unit. Not managed by Vacasa but rather by the owner and our co-host Julie. We love to share our little slice of the mountains and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Great condo. Very spacious. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed Breckenridge Oktoberfest. Only down side is that the unit faces onto Main Street. A very loud club with a DJ is located across the street. Lots of noise until 2am. We would not stay in this unit again.

Great Stay in July!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this condo in Breckenridge, CO. The space was immaculately clean, and the host’s communication was excellent—everything was clear, timely, and made our stay stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed. It was the perfect fit for our family of three, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Breckenridge—especially families looking for a convenient and cozy home base in the mountains!

Location was even better than expected. So close to the lift and rentals. Free ski valet included with property rental. Excellent layout and very well stocked. Bed was comfortable, as was the couch bed.

Weekend Family Getaway

This sweet little condo was perfect from the location to the amenities. We absolutely did not want to leave! All the comforts of home and walkable to pretty much anything. Our daughter said the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! We would highly recommend staying here!

Five stars all around! The location was perfect with super easy access to ski school and peak 9. Shops and restaurants are just steps away as well. The condo had everything we needed, plus nice touches like robes and humidifiers. We look forward to returning.

Best Condo in Breckenridge!

My husband and I travel often, and our recent trip to Breckenridge, Colorado, was made all the more memorable thanks to our stay at Carissa's beautiful condo. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by how well-appointed everything was. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook a few meals at home, and the cozy sheets on the Tempurpedic mattress ensured we slept like babies every night—so comfortable!The bathroom was another highlight with its spacious double vanity and jacuzzi tub. I loved having ample space to unwind and get ready without feeling crowded. It truly added to the relaxing atmosphere of the condo.Location-wise, this condo couldn't be better! Situated in Main Street Station, it’s right in the heart of everything off of Peak 9. We were only a 4-minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, making it so easy to start our ski days early. Plus, several excellent restaurants, shops, and ski rental locations were just a minute's walk from the condo, making everything incredibly convenient.Main Street is just across the street, so we enjoyed leisurely evening walks to check out the Christmas lights, explore the vibrant nightlife, and dine at some of the best restaurants in Breckenridge. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable.If you're planning a trip to Breckenridge, I highly recommend Carissa's condo—it offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location.

Short Breck Stay

Property owner is great and communicates readily for any need or concern. Condo was well outfitted and great bed. Should know that the washer and dryer are not in the unit and are not super convenient to access and use. Also, across the street from a bar that plays music that you will hear at night.

Best location ever

For our first time in Breckenridge, this was the most ideal location. Quiet and away from the noise, but a short elevator ride down one floor to all the shops, restaurants, etc.

Just as pictured!

The property was just as pictured and described - which was perfect! We really appreciated the small amenities (robes, suncreen!) as well. The location can’t be beat, we always stay in this complex during the summer. The unit is really well appointed, everything is newer and clean, you have literally everything you’d need for a stay. Super easy booking, check in and checkout. We will totally come back next summer if it’s available!

Great accommodations for our family of three. Comfortable, quiet and ideally located for skiing, pool, hot tubs and restaurants. Our ten year old son slept on the pull out couch and he said it was really comfortable. Ski valet was a welcome perk. We took Epic Mountain shuttle and did not need a car due to fantastic location. We will be back!

Perfect place for spring skiing!

We picked this condo for our spring skiing adventure and it was perfect. Location was an A+! Walking distance to a chairlift and all the shops and restaurants in town. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. The boot/glove dryer was a bonus! Check in was a breeze and the communication from the host was quick and awesome. The condo had other amenities that we took advantage of like a fitness center, hot tubs and a ski equipment valet. It really was the perfect place!
