Spacious Breck Hideaway. Hot Tub. On Town Bus.

A large one-bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood close to Main Street and QuickSilver Superchair. Free parking and no resort fees. On-site amenities include a sauna, ski lockers, and a heated garage.

The surrounding aspen and pine trees provide the perfect balance of privacy and scenery.

Our cozy one-bedroom condo sleeps a couple or a family of four comfortably. Relax, create great memories and enjoy the unique town and spectacular mountains.

Living Room. The open living room with a comfy leather pull-out couch and two mission-style recliners invite conversation in front of the lovely stone fireplace and a wall-mounted large TV with live channels. The dining table easily seats 4.

Kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and tile counters. You can cook all your meals there, or just enjoy morning coffee. Both regular drip coffee maker and Keurig are available.

Bedroom. There is a king-size bed with a dresser and TV. A little workstation by the window and a chair with a footrest.

Bathroom. Nicely remodeled ensuite bathroom is accessible via a large walk-through closet. There is a jetted tub/shower combo. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

Amenities. Ping pong and Foosball table in the clubhouse provide active, fun along with relaxation in the hot tub or sauna after a day of your favorite mountain activities.

Ski lockers. You will have access to the ski locker in the heated garage, making for easy storage.

Parking. Free parking for one car is provided in the underground heated garage.

Internet. Free xfinity wi-fi throughout the condo.

Once I figured out the bus system, it was easy to use and worked well! The Condo was clean, nice location, quality kitchen and I loved convenience of codes for locking and opening doors! The garage parking worked well and my Niece had a nice free parking spot out front of the Condo,

What a great place to stay

My daughter and I came out for a mid-January ski trip and had an amazing experience. The condo was fantastic, perfectly located, convenient free bus that takes you right to the lift, close to everything, super clean and in amazing shape, right by the clubhouse with hot tub, steam room, sauna, games, etc. Everything you need and more. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, the place is modern yet mountain cozy, etc. I’ve stayed in several VRBOs before and there always seem to be maintenance issues and things that are broken… Not here!! Everything was in perfect condition, which is rare but it makes for such a relaxing time. Additionally, the owner was incredibly helpful and kind. It had been 32 years since my last time in Breck, so we needed some advice, and the owner did not hesitate to answer all my questions. We are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Great stay!

Had a little trouble finding the exact building and garage in the dark but once we were in all was well. Wish it was closer to the slopes but access to Main Street and restaurants was nice. Had a great stay!!

Great property for visiting Breck!

Well maintained condo that is very well equipped. It was super to get to the mountain via the bus stop the end of the driveway. Close enough to walk downtown as well! Great. Shower and we slept soundly in the king sized bed. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Getaway!

Both our stay here and the host were completely wonderful. The place is well kept and had everything we needed for the week. The heated garage and ski lockers - amazing!! There was a fireplace in our condo and a kitchen with well stocked appliances/spices/etc. We will stay here again in the future!

Super Clean and Spacious

My wife and I had a great time. The condo was as good or better than expected. It was well stocked with everything you need including a K-Pod coffee maker. The fireplace created a warming effect in the family room and the king size bed was very comfortable. We are already thinking of a return in the summer to enjoy the other activities of Breckenridge outside of the ski season and of course another ski trip next year so this will be the condo we look for first. Thanks Daniel for making our stay great!

Very clean

Plenty of room in the parking garage. Condo was spotless. Kitchen was well appointed. Rooms were very spacious. Bus stop is right across the street from the condo. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience!! Bus stop at the end of the driveway - Pro Tip: Grey South busline is what you want after the slopes to get back to the end of the driveway! Read the instructions fully for all the details. All your questions will be answered. Great experience!

Great location, fantastic amenities!

Great location if you are looking to enjoy the resort, short walk to Quicksilver chairlift or enjoy the town. I really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, including essential seasonings, coffees and teas, and the quick responses by the host. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and well-maintained. The parking garage was a great bonus as well, especially if you visiting during the winter season. I will be sure to look to stay here again when I visit the area in the future.

SO cute and clean and easy!!!

This condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! It is so well stocked and so clean and perfectly maintained. It is very roomy, too, much larger than the photos indicate. It is a lovely, comfortable, happy place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again. AND SO easy to "check-in" - the owner just gives you the keypad codes - zero hassle and the garage is so easy to access! You can really tell the owners love their home and take great pride in it, as they should!
