Cozy Breckenridge condo close to Snowflake lift!

Los Pinos C-22 is a lovely, spacious, updated 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo with skiable access to the Snowflake Lift. Beautiful and airy with vaulted ceilings, private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, private heated garage and fantastic amenities. Cozy up around the gas fireplace in the living room after a day on the mountain. Or enjoy a cold beverage in the Los Pinos outdoor hot tub with great views of the mountains. Just down the hill you’ll also have access to the Upper Village Pool & Hot Tubs.
The primary suite boasts a second gas fireplace that can be enjoyed from the bedroom or the jacuzzi hot tub. Toasty radiant flooring throughout with brand new plank flooring in main areas and new carpeting in bedrooms. Two balconies to enjoy fresh air in the summer or on warm spring ski days. Wi-Fi for your streaming and connectivity needs.
Ideally situated between Peaks 8 and 9, both of which run ski school lessons. You can either ski or board to the Snowflake lift or take a quick walk or one-stop shuttle ride to the Beaver Run lift.
Summer guests will enjoy hiking from the Snowflake Trailhead that runs north and south along the entire resort range and offers stunning views of the mountains, some sun or shade and cool mountain streams. The Peak 9 trailhead and local favorite Burro Trail is nearby as well. Close to some of the best mountain biking trails in the area including the bike park right off the 4’Oclock trail. Road and mountain bike rentals nearby and paved paths run all the way to Frisco. Just up the hill, you can throw in your fishing line at the beautiful Sawmill Reservoir or just down the hill is the Blue River known for fly fishing.
Los Pinos is an easy four block walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping and The Riverwalk Center events. There is so much to enjoy about this beautiful unit at Los Pinos, where guests come back again and again.

This is a great condo, and having a garage for the car was really nice. Very clean, fully appointed and fabulous location for getting to Beaver Run. One block off of the Yellow shuttle line as well. In 15 years of coming to Breck, this was one of the best places we have had.

In Town for a Conference

The property was great for housing a group of coworkers for a conference. Perfect location to go back and forth to Beaver Run Conference Center. Management company was very pleasant to speak to about a maintenance issue that didn't bother us. There is a 1 car garage on the ground, with a parking spot in front of it. Entrance is up one full flight of stairs. Would definitely stay again!

Heated floors were nice

Close to everything, but not ski in/ski out. Only complaints were:1. Water pressure in kitchen sink was not very good.2. Only one tv for the whole house. It was in the living room and was an older roughly 39" tv.

Great views near main street

The views amd the 3 bed 3 bath layout is great for girl trip. Just note there are stairs! Easy access to the free buses to get around if you dont feel like driving too. It was an excellent choice for our trip.

It’s all downhill from here 40!!!

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday skiing in Breckenridge, CO. The check in and hot process was beyond convenient and accommodating as part of our group arrived before us. The instructions for the condo were easy to understand and follow. The use of the heated garage to store our ski equipment was crucial during the cold weather and keeping the snow out of the condo. Recommendations would be to swap out some of the older electric sockets or provide power strips in the bedrooms. Some of our chargers fell out of the electric sockets. We would also consider swapping the wooden chair out in the living room, it’s extremely uncomfortable after a long day of skiing. But overall the condo was amazing and we will definitely stay here again in the future if our travels bring us back to Breckenridge.

Excellent Stay

Very nice condo! Clean, comfortable and close to slopes. Nice amenities including heated floors, heated garage, multiple fireplaces and a whirlpool tub. Nicely decorated and well stocked. A total gem.

Great location and spaxe

Loved staying at this location. Very close to Blue Sky ski rental and snowflake lift. Very spacious. Had access to upper village pool / hot tubs. Los Pinos hot tub didn’t work well as the only negative from the experience.
