Il River Mountain Lodge offre la comodità e i comfort di un condominio (con servizi alberghieri) nel cuore del centro storico di Breckenridge. Il lodge si trova dall'altra parte della strada a partire dalla fine del 4:00 Esegui all'angolo tra Park Avenue e Ski Hill Road, e solo un tiro di schioppo dalla Riverwalk Center e il nuovo Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Basta scendere con gli sci, attraversare la strada e sei a casa! A solo un isolato da Main Street Breckenridge e con una breve corsa in navetta fino alla cabinovia o alla base del Peak 9, il River Mountain Lodge è la combinazione perfetta di serenità e comodità.

River Mountain Lodge W315 è un confortevole, ben arredate, condominio a due livelli, con una splendida vista sulle piste dalla zona pranzo, patio e camera matrimoniale. Tutti i comfort di casa sono qui, tra cui una cucina completa, due bagni, una grande TV LCD e un camino a gas per sala da dopo lo sci. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare quattro, e non c'è spazio per tre al bancone per una colazione veloce o dopo-sci spuntino. Potrete inoltre usufruire della lavatrice / asciugatrice interna, della connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, del parcheggio sotterraneo (una macchina) con accesso all'ascensore, di un centro fitness, di una piscina riscaldata all'aperto e di vasche idromassaggio.

Ski Visit

Overall, it was good. The location is PERFECT. Ski to the front door at the end of your day. A 10 minute walk to the gondola to start your day. The ski dropoff at the front desk is helpful, the little tiki restaurant in the basement is nice to have. It is a 1 minute walk to main street, which is awesome. It is a compact apartment and pictures don't depict that fully. Upstairs lighting was a hassle, had to plug in a lamp and unplug it for the sole light in upstairs bedroom. If couch is pulled out for kids to sleep on, the big heavy coffee table doesn't have anywhere to go and space is very limited to move about. If location is the number one desire, this is a great building to be in though.

Overall, the location is perfect! The view from the condo is beautiful and the size of the space fit our needs well. The condo seems a bit worn. It needs updating and attention to detail making sure basics are there and items aren’t broken and all space is usable like the coat closet. All bedding needs to be replaced.

Breckenridge Ski Vacation

The property met our needs well. There were three of us, and this property allowed privacy with the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, with second bathroom on the lower level with the sofa sleeper. The location is excellent, with a short walk to main street's shops and restaurants, bus stops for the free local transit buses directly in front of the property, and the end of the Four O-clock run directly across the street, for true ski-in convenience. We were comfortable and enjoyed the trip.

Awesome Location

The location for the price can’t be beat. Clear view of the slopes sitting at kitchen table, right off Main St, and the best ski end of day to right across the street from the building. The unit is ok, but seriously outdated with furnishings. The bed was super comfortable. Since right above a busy street just be ok with traffic noise and snow scrapers early morning. Put on your white noise and no biggie. I would stay there again if price is right.

Great location, small condo

Great location to slopes and town. The place was pretty dang small. The pull out couch was terrible and the kitchen was under stocked with utensils and dinnerware. The hot tub at the place was only a 4 person hot tub with limited access. However, if you are a serious skier or snowboarder, you can’t beat the location. Just don’t plan on spending the whole day in the room.

Great location and clean unit

The unit was just as pictured and the location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the gondola and main street, as well as a ski run that ends right across the street for ski in access. This rental was perfect for what we needed.

Property was great for our family, location was great also. Unfortunately we received no prior info from the rental company about how to check in so had to search for them via reception adding a little stress to our process, however all worked out and we had a great stay.

Perfect Location

This place is located a block from Main Street. I was also pleasantly surprised that there is a long ski-in trail that ends right across the street from this location. There were a couple of minor issues throughout the stay but they were resolved quickly with consistent help from the owner. The day that I arrived happened to be some of the coldest days Breck had seen in awhile. Negative temperatures with wind chills making it worse. The frigid cold conditions made it impossible to warm the place up so I reached out to the owner and was given 2 space heaters which helped A LOT! I would DEFINITELY return to this place again.

Close to main Street

The location was wonderful just wish we were on the river side of the building. They provided foam to put under the sheets which was nice as I like a softer bed than my husband. Ceiling fans would be a nice addition as the afternoon sun really heats up the place.
