I recenti restauri! Roomy ben costruito Condominio a piedi o breve viaggio a Breckenridge, comprensorio sciistico, rec centro e tutti i tipi di percorsi e il fiume Azzurro. Situato sulla linea di autobus con accesso a tutti i Summit County ea soli 20 minuti di auto o meno a Keystone, Copper Mountain, Lago di Dillon e altro ancora! Può ospitare fino a 13 in letti. La prima camera da letto dispone di 5 letti singoli e un letto con un televisore, il secondo 2 regine, un caminetto e TV e il terzo un re con camino e TV. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno e c'è un quarto bagno situato a piano terra. Tra le molte caratteristiche sono una cucina a pieno carico, lavatrice / asciugatrice, sauna, barbecue grill e patio, internet wireless, legna da ardere, TV a schermo gigante con Blue Ray Player e l'accesso alle indoor / outdoor vasca idromassaggio e piscina a soli 25 iarde di distanza. Edificio è fatto di cemento solido quindi non importa il rumore esterno potrete dormire come un campione! Property Management vive a vista così aiuto si trova a pochi passi di distanza dovrebbe sorgere nulla.

Great place to stay

We all loved the place, very clean, with a lot of space in the rooms and comun areas. The kitchen load it with stuff to cook. I would recommend this place 100%.

Perfect ski condo

We really enjoyed staying here. We ended up being three couples and there was tons of room. The bunk room alone could sleep tons of kids. very well equipped kitchen. A very generous serving of towels and every bathroom and also for the sauna. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome!

Great property! Great location, clean, had everything you could ever need. Pool and hot tub were a great addition. Will definitely book here again when we return to Breckenridge. Don’t pass this one up!

Close to main street and slopes

The owner was awesome in their response and detailed information. The property is well equipped and suitable for a large group. The ensuite sauna was honestly the highlight for me and our group. The ability to unwind and relax after hitting the slopes was phenomenal. The showers were awesome and the beds were quite comfortable. The place is well insulated so we could not hear our neighbors and hopefully they couldn't hear us lol. We will definitely be coming back again. The location is central to Breckenridge and is near the King Soopers,walking distance to downtown, and the slopes. 5 stars all around.

Awesome place for bigger groups/families

House was clean and well stocked, espically the kitchen which had anything you could possibly need. Lots of beds and roomy for bigger groups. Host was super helpful and replied quickly. We will definitely be staying here for our ski trips from now on!

Best Host

First of all the host is probably the best host I've ever encountered!! Not only is she friendly but very accommodating, always available, so nice to deal with. House was perfect for our group size. Minutes from the Breck Gondola. Pool and spa was soooo nice! Also office was very nice too. No wonder why there ratings are high. Host goes above and beyond to make everything great for you! Love love love it! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need! Salt pepper etc etc. it's nice to not have to buy little things (condiments) and it's there as well. Wish Vrbo Houses were all like this. With good experiences makes a wonderful vacation trip.

Very Spacious

From the time of booking the host was very attentive to making sure we did not have any questions. We had a large group of 11, everyone had a bed and there was no waiting for a bathroom, this house has more than enough. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels for our large group. The entrance to store all of the ski equipment kept everything in one area. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a short walk to the front of the complex to jump on the bus to the gondola. As soon as we unpacked and got settled both of the families said “we would definitely rent this place again”

Best place in Breck!

This is by far the best condo in Breck! We had two families share the condo with kids ranging from 7-16 years old. The bus picks you up right outside your front door. Shane was wonderful to work with, we will definitely be back!

Met our needs

Overall property was in good location. The condo was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap…but you will need to bring your own shower supplies - soap, shampoo, conditioner. The condo met our needs. One of the bathrooms that is closest to the bunk room had an odor issue. Smelled very strongly of mold. We just shut the door to that room and didn’t use it. Teens showered in parents room instead. Good space for skis/boots. Quiet neighborhood. There is a shared hot tub in the area, but much too crowded to use. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but it did meet our needs. The fridge was stocked with old condiments so it felt a little unkept. Shane is very responsive. Easy to work with.

Fantastic Place to ski Breck

Nice, clean, updated condo with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the forest/mountain view out of the living room and master bedroom. Decorated for winter/Christmas, which our kids all appreciated! Very close to the grocery store (3 minute drive) and the parking/gondola for skiing at Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

Shane was awesome! Every question we had was answered extremely quick. We loved our rental and was accommodating to littles! They loved being able to walk out the back door and explore “the woods.” Very pleasant experience and we hope to book again with Shane!

Long weekend in Breck

Quiet, convenient condo with all of the amenities! Great communication with the host. Only minor issue was the the kitchen and living room floor did not appear to Have been mopped prior to our arrival.

Great

Excellent location at edge of town. Close to market, ski shuttles, and Main Street. Very quiet location. Home was perfect for our family of 5. Kids loved spreading out between bunk room and double queen room. Primary was perfect with plenty of space, great shower and big closet. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for meal prep when needed. In unit sauna was awesome after skiing, as well as the pool/jacuzzi in development. Owner was a great help and always quick to respond ahead of stay and check-in/check-out. Overall a great value and rental experience.

Convenient and Clean Location

This was a very clean and convenient property. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and it was conveniently located around the corner from a shuttle stop. We were able to get everywhere in town and barely had to use a car during the trip.
