Stunning Luxury Home with Private Hot Tub!

Stay at this stunning, modern, brand new, luxury Breckenridge private home located at Cabins at the Overlook. This 4 bedroom vacation rental offers stunning views of Breckenridge Mountain, is a quick drive to downtown Breckenridge, is on the local, free bus route for skiing access, as well as close to hiking and biking trails in the summer. Enjoy a modern luxury design, vaulted ceilings, large living area with custom hardwood flooring, entertaining kitchen with granite counter tops, private balcony over looking Breckenridge, and private hot tub.

The primary bedroom, located on its own entrance level, includes access to a large private primary suite, windows providing ample sunlight, as well as brand new King Bed.

The second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the basement level that provides a large, spacious family area room, as well as a walk out patio to the ground level.

During the ski season, don't worry about finding a parking space by the gondola- take advantage of the free, private, in-town shuttle!

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Summer stay

Great and spacious property! Amazing views of the mountains (especially at sunset!) Loved the hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked. A little too far to walk to town for most, but the convenient shuttle was very close by!

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and it was perfect. Immaculately clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking big meals. Plenty of space to spend time as a group and to have some separation for rest. Thanks again!

Amazing place, spacious, and clean!

We had a group of 10 staying at this home for the weekend as we were visiting Breckenridge for the Ice Sculpture event. This place was very spacious for our group (6 adults and 4 kids). The beds were comfortable, the master bath steam shower was very nice, and the kitchen and all bathrooms were well stocked with all the utensils/tools/toiletries a group of our size would need to not have to leave the home during our stay. We will definitely visit this home again in the future! Thank you!

Weekend in Breckenridge

My family spent a few days in Breckenridge and stayed at this property. We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room to relax and spread out. The detail and thought put in to this nightly rental home was incredible. High end appliances, Smart TVs, outdoor grill, steam shower in the master bedroom, and a fast internet connection throughout the house. The hot tub is very large. The neighborhood was very quiet and location was great. Hope to stay there again!

Spring Break ski trip

Perfect home for 3 families with kids. Plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs is great for the kids to hang out while the adults were upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The hottub was huge.
