Sunrise on the Bluff is a welcoming and convenient destination for any visitor to Breck. Featuring ski-in/ski-out access to Peak 9 with no shortage of amenities, including a private hot tub, fireplace, propane grill, and more. Bring your group to a cozy and luxurious environment to enjoy skiing high alpine powder, hiking the trails, and making memories in the mountains. High speed WiFi and parking are always included.

---1st Floor – Entry Level Contains---

GARAGE/DRIVEWAY:
As you enter through the heated garage, you'll find space for one car, as well as room to store equipment. There is plenty of room for two vehicles, one in your private garage and one in the driveway.

---2nd Floor --- Main Level Contains---

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM/LIVING ROOM:

Head up the stairs to the main level, and you'll be greeted with natural light and vaulted ceilings that capture the kitchen, living room and dining area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, ninja blender, and crockpot. Not to mention the premium kitchen appliances featuring a four-burner gas stovetop, you will have everything you need for a pre-ski breakfast or a family dinner! There is a breakfast bar as well!

The dining room includes a hardwood dining table that seats four comfortably, separating the living room and kitchen.

The living room is surrounded by west facing windows and cozy couches & seating surround a fireplace and large flatscreen TV with cable.

MASTER BEDROOM / MASTER BATHROOM

The master suite on the main level includes a king-size bed, private deck area, walk-in closet, and expansive en-suite master bath with dual sinks, a tub and walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a flatscreen TV with cable!

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA/LAUNDRY/HOT TUB:

Head downstairs and you are greeted by the second living room, with a leather couch that pulls out and a flatscreen TV with cable!

Just on the left of the downstairs living room is a spacious laundry area with a washer and dryer, we'll provide the laundry pods!

Outside the downstairs living room you'll find access to the hot tub and downstairs patio. The patio features a propane grill as well as a full-size private hot tub, which will be hot and bubbling for you, creating the ultimate relaxation experience to reward your legs after a great day of skiing!

SECOND BEDROOM/SECOND BATHROOM:

The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with a walk-in closet and flatscreen TV with cable. You'll have direct access to the second bathroom, which is also shared with the downstairs living area.

THIRD BEDROOM/THIRD BATHROOM:

The third bedroom contains a beautifully designed bunk bed with a twin on top of a double bed, sleeping three.

The third bathroom is en-suite with a shower, vanity and stocked with plenty of toiletries for your stay!

Ski Area Access: Located in the desirable Saddlewood neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Main St, these townhomes offer true ski-in/ski-out access to the world-renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Snowflake ski run sits just behind the townhomes, providing a direct route down to the Snowflake Chairlift. After carving turns and chasing powder, enjoy the unbeatable convenience of skiing straight back to the home, where comfort and relaxation await.

This home is not pet-friendly. Additionally, given a severe allergy restriction, no animals are permitted in this home under any circumstances. If you need a home that allows service animals, please reach out to us and we will be glad to provide you with suitable options as available. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Please be aware that there are security cameras placed in the front access, rear, and parking areas for the security of our guests. Also please note that HOA rules apply, and that trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, detached camper units, boats, RVs, snowmobiles and other such vehicles are not permitted in the neighborhood. Pick-up trucks and SUVs are welcome. Thank you for your cooperation.

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Beautiful

Great location and in such a beautiful setting. The heated garage is fantastic to store ski equipment and you can ski out with just a very short walk to the lift. The hot is a bonus.

Comfortable, Convenient and well stocked!

The house was extremely comfortable for our 3-generation ski trip. There was even a portable crib and high chair which made our stay even more comfortable for our one year old. The house was just steps away from a trail that accessed the snowflake ski lift. I would definitely come back and stay again

Beautiful well equipped property steps to lift

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a great family reunion. The parents live in Florida, grown children live in LA and Vail. Great meeting place for a special time. We grilled out each evening for great family time. The lift is literally steps from this stunning home. If you are not a skier or boarder, it's walking distance to the gondola where you can meet up with those sport enthusiasts for lunch on Peak 8. But a special note, get off on the 3rd stop on the gondola up to the Peak 8 on the mountain. We made the mistake of getting off the 1st stop and had to quickly jump back on. Also note that this house is steps away to the free bus route where you can visit the quaint town of Breckenridge. Great shops and wonderful eateries. Definitely rate this a 10. Enjoy!!

Great home & location

Had a wonderful family get together here. House was very clean, welcoming and offered everything we needed. The hot tub was made well use of after a day of fun skiing and a bit of a push home :) Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Hot tub at the house is terrific. You walk 20 feet out the. Ackndoor and you are on a trail to the Snowflake lift. Fantastic location and house. Only issue. There were on two humidifiers. They need at least one more.

Sunrise on the Bluff

Property was as described...The items that fell short of our expectations were 1. The inside temperature when we arrived was in the mid 50's...It took untill the next morning to reach a comfortable temperature inside...my wife and I had to sleep the 1st night in full long underwear to be comfortable. 2. The garage has so much stuff in the back we had to re-arrange it just to fit our car inside. 3. On the 1st morning I sent an email to the management company about a problem with a light/fan in one of the downstairs bedrooms...Without the use of this light the bedroom was very dark...I didn't receive a response untill our next to last day...

Great space, great location

Our family of 5 spent 7 nights here over spring break. The place felt very large since there are three floors and the ceilings are very tall on the upper 2. The main entry/ garage level has the master bedroom/ bathroom (and a very large walk in closet which was great!). Then you can go upstairs for the living room, kitchen & half bath or downstairs for the other 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small living area & laundry room. The hot tub access is through the sliding door in one of the lower level bedrooms. The amount of space was great for the five of us. Location was great too- we could easily walk over to the snowflake chair lift each morning and ski back via the green circle snowflake trail. We were also only a couple minutes drive from downtown and kids ski school. The place was extremely clean & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly Comfortable

The property was located close to ski lift for easy access to the slopes. The unit was very clean and spacious, and all amenities were perfect. The check in process was quick and easy with a very responsive management team. I will plan on staying here again as it was a perfect spot to work remotely while enjoying time on the mountains with an incredible view.
