Goditi il vero ambiente montano del Colorado con questa bellissima casa. Uno dei 14ers del Colorado, il monte Quandry, è incorniciato in modo spettacolare sia nella zona pranzo che nella grande area salotto principale. Questo recentemente aggiornato e meticolosamente mantenuto a casa con 2 camere da letto al piano principale, 3 camere da letto al piano inferiore, tutte sono letti king size e tutti con nuovi televisori a schermo piatto. Al piano superiore "Kidz Zone" dispone di un biliardino, TV a schermo piatto BIG per Netflix o Xbox. Nessuna casa in montagna sarebbe completa senza una vasca idromassaggio; questa nuovissima vasca può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Che sia inverno o estate, questa casa è a breve distanza dal centro di Breck o dalle gondole. Questa è una grande casa per famiglia, amici e persino gruppi aziendali. Non importa cosa, tutti apprezzeranno questa spettacolare casa di montagna.

We enjoyed staying at the house - playing ping pong, billiards, fosball, and cards!! The kitchen appliances were ample and clean. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside!! We visited the many shops in town and explored some local hiking trails.

Idyllic retreat for quiet family vacation

Beautiful home with king beds for all! Somewhat isolated from town, but that was a positive for enjoying the quiet escape we sought to complement the ski trip. Hot tub was clean and very nice, and was serviced during our stay. Recreational toys were a real bonus, with kids using the sledding toys in the driveway (very safe with no street risk), the pool table, ping-pong table, and a nice assortment of games and books for the kids.Kitchen overall was modern and very crowd friendly, but non-stick cookware needs replacement. Minor trim repairs in a couple of places, but still exceptional house. Water heater could not keep up with multi-shower and use of master jet tub. Bus service schedule was not clear in description, nor was it reliable for our activities, but not a big limfac. Plan to drive for skiing, gondola lots were easy to use and always had room. We asked for extra pillow cases for the provided extra pillows, but were denied by the management staff. We needed toddler gates for the stairs, and bought them from Wal-Mart instead of renting. We left them for the next guests.Overall very nice property that we would rent again. Family friendly, but a long run for apres ski downtown.

Beautiful views. Hiking trailhead nearby. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool table & ping pong table. Kids loved having their own space upstairs for games/movies.

Perfect location

We were very pleased with our stay at this home in Blue River. It was very close to Breckenridge shopping and restaurants but still far enough away to give you those peaceful mountain house vibes. Our kids loved the bunk room, pool table, foosball, and ping pong tables. It kept them busy. The rooms were great, we appreciated that each adult couple were able to have their own bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication with the manager was quick and painless! We’ve already started to plan our next trip back!

Perfect house for big family

We had a great time! The layout is a little split up, but it worked out great for our situation. My kids and 2 nephews slept upstairs in the “bunk” room. There was a tv with a gaming set and foosball table that they loved. My parents stayed on the main level where the kitchen and living room was. The kitchen was fully stocked, but was a little smaller than we had hoped. My husband and I, and my adult siblings slept downstairs where there was a living area with a pool table, tv, and tons of games and puzzles. The driveway was literally perfect for sledding! It was so nice that the kids could just step out the door and go sledding. There was no sleds there, but we picked one up at City Market. They did have a lot of other toys for playing in the snow and even had a ping pong table in the garage. The location was beautiful, but a little farther outside town. It was about 8 minutes to get to the start of downtown, and like 15 from the grocery store. If you’re going with kids, I recommend Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and/or ski lessons (WAY cheaper than at the mountain). We were a little shocked by how difficult it was at that altitude, so we went to the O2 Lounge oxygen bar a few times and that really helped. We loved the town and the house!

Wonderful Home!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and quiet. We loved the view of Mt Quandary with our morning coffee. We had a few visitors...fox, moose, and small bear that was fun to see. We had troubles getting into the home, the property manager was quick to assist. Our family of 14 (Ages 1 to 70+) would come back again!

Home with a view! A+

This house was beautiful and just a few minutes drive from downtown Breckinridge. The house is very spacious and clean with a nice kitchen. We saw wildlife and even had a baby fox roaming the property. The view from the front porch is like a post card! Would definitely visit here again.

Beauty in the Mountains

We had 12 family members, ranging in age from 5 to 70, stay together in the house, and we had a great time. We had a mama moose and 2 young moose visit us every day, and that was exciting. The kid zone upstairs was a great space for teenagers and a 6 year old. The front deck and view of Quandary Peak was great. The space was good for 12, but there were a few flaws with the design. It was disappointing that one of the bedrooms for adults didn't have a bathroom attached to it. The kitchen was small, and the main hallway from the garage to the living area went right through the kitchen, which was already cramped for space. The location was good and served our desire to get to town easily and get to the hiking trails. The bed in the one master bedroom on the main floor was really high and difficult to get in and out of for a shorter, older person. The hot tub was great. It helped having 2 refrigerators and it was nice for the kids to have pool, foosball, and ping pong.

Extra ordinary Service

Tons of extras available. Kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table and washer games. The rental agency called the second day to see if we needed anything. Then came in the middle of the week to clean the hot tub and make sure the chemicals were okay! Never had such good service. And we saw a moose by the driveway! Excellent stay.

Excellent amenities and location!

We had a group of 13 for a yearly guys snowboarding trip. It's always a challenge to find a place large enough for our group that is comfortable and doesn't resort to sleeping on floors or inflatable mattresses. This place was PERFECT! We also made use of the hot tub, pool table, grill, etc. everything was great! :)

Wonderful house.

We stayed in this wonderful house with family (16 total) for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is very spacious, allowing for anyone who needs some space to get away. Also loved the upstairs with the kids/teen bunk room. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. A very easy 5-7 minute drive to Breckenridge and the roads were very well kept for us Southerners who aren’t fond of driving in snow and ice. There’s plenty of yard space to explore and build snowmen when off the slopes.

Great Ski Vacation House

The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes from downtown Breckinridge. Great views from the house, and it includes a lot of non ski-related entertainment like pool, foosball, sledding down the driveway, and a hot tub. The kitchen is small and not well organized (it took a good deal of hunting to locate some items); and the internet signal strength fails miserably in the downstairs bedrooms. This could be solved by installing a mesh wi-if system. Better instructions for TV’s and humidifiers would have been helpful. Overall, this is a very good property which could be made outstanding with just a little TLC.

Breckenridge get away

Dinner club which is 5 couples come to Colorado each year. House was nice and we had a Momma Mouse and 2 babies visit us every evening. Only problem is one bedroom did not have a bathroom and no closet. Overall a great trip

Spectacular View Home!

Once a year our 5 children and grandchildren all get together for a weeks stay somewhere. This year we chose Breckenridge and this beautiful home! This home was perfect for all our needs. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was a huge plus! Nicely equipped kitchen and a wonderful downstairs game room where intense Uno and Monopoly games were played for hours! We even had two surprise visits from moose right in our front yard for a couple of days! Perfectly situated home just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge, hiking trails and shopping. Thank for for sharing your lovely home with us!

Awesome Once in a Lifetime Dream Vacation

This property was amazing! Everything we needed was provided. The management company was spectacular; especially helping us to manage the extreme last minute hardships created by the local government's overreaction to covid-19. My only 2 negatived would be that several bedroom and bathroom doors did not have locking mechanisms (or they were difficult). Can make privacy a challenge depending upon why you are with. And also the downstairs fireplace didn't work for our stay (which was pretty cold). Space heaters in 2 of the roomd could've helped more with the frigid temps. That being said, that's nothing compared to all that the house does provide. Stunning and mesmerizing views. Close proximity to Breckenridge. Tons of space. TV's everywhere. Kids room and spacious play area totally stocked. Game room downstairs stocked. Kitchen with everything. The Owners/Managers have literally thought of everything. The house is totally self sufficient for sport, relaxation, fun, and games. I cannot recommend a stay here enough. You will love every second of it. It's like living in a postcard or Hallmark movie. Hope/Wish we could go back every year!
