Questo originale casa tre livelli principali caratteristiche di pavimenti in legno, livello decoro vittoriano montuosa e una disposizione unica. Goditi la zona salotto che invita alla conversazione, alle storie e al tempo pacifico per leggere tutto nel comfort del caminetto a gas e ampi posti a sedere sul nuovo divano e sulla comoda poltrona o sul luminoso banco della finestra.

La cucina unica permette di preparare ogni pasto che si desidera mangiare in montagna. Mattina, mezzogiorno, o di notte, ritiro per il tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare fino a 6 persone e buon appetito. Ognuno dei tre bagni e mezzo in casa ha il proprio carattere unico aggiungendo l'essenza vittoriana della casa a sua volta detiene.

La camera matrimoniale è montagna arredi ispirati che segue con il tatto universale vittoriana ed è dotato di un letto matrimoniale. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli con bagno privato. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale che potrebbe essere considerato più ranch ispirato, ma sempre elegante. Infine, le cime loft con i soffitti a volta in possesso di un letto matrimoniale e TV completando la casa per ospitare fino a 10 persone.

Relaxed in Breck

Could not have had a better house, this was our first time to Breckinridge and we had the best time! The location was great, you could walk anywhere, restaurants across the street, and trolly stop right beside our front yard! We will be back!

Great ski vacation!

This ski house was perfect for our needs. Lots of room to spread out and beds for everyone. We had wonderful meals and played lots of games and generally enjoyed our time immensely!

Best EVER CO retreat you can find.

Ok. Not sure how to say this but in a nutshell beat vacay experience renting out a home in 8 years!!! Aside ftom cleaniless and accuracy, the customer service was spot on: timely fixing a toilet clog WE CAUSED, helping with area questions, and support during stay. What I loved were the fans in the home and on the ceilings and overall air flow through windows. My family gets super hot and this was perfect. The little loft was a great play/sleeping area for 7YO. The TVs in every room, entry way for hiking boots, the washer area (super quiet) and location! Hop away from main street, and 3 minute walk to Gondola, great escape to main highways as we went rafting. I think some people complained about not having too many amenities for cooking in the morning. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook you just need to bring your own food supplies. For the past 8 years when going to homes, their supplies in the house like coffee or ketchup or other items goes stale sometimes. This was not hard at all to deal with. There were so many pillows, blankets, games, books, and other resources like soap and shampoo. Overall 10 stars out of 5!!!

Family skiing vacation

Great property for our 3 generation family. 2 blocks from the gondola. Plenty of beds and even had use of air mattresses. Front entryway was handy as a drop zone for equipment. Use of 2 small sleds was appreciated! Several thermostats also very helpful! Hauling gear from parking spot to house was quick and easy. Water pressure was good and hot water for 6 adults to all shower daily. Cons which are small are not enough silverware and dishesfor the day, vacuum didn’t work, tight seating in front room. The house was very charming and fit our family well! Pictures are spot on!

Amazing

We have stayed in a number of places in Breckenridge, but this one, by far, has been our favorite. It's all about the location. Waking up to the fresh fallen snow, with the view from our room was more than we could've asked for. The kids loved it too. This property is well maintained, and has everything you could possibly need. I will say it was very warm in the house, even after turning the heat all the way down. I also have to agree with another comment regarding pillows, or at least my husband agrees. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!!

Excellent location

Can't say enough how great the location is for this house and the Brittany Place HOA. We hardly used our car all week. House is very clean even though furniture is dated. The bedding and pillows definitely need updating. Bring your own pillow, if you can. We have young kids and they could not use the loft; the ladder up to it is steep and there is a sharp banister close to it they could it hit if they fell.

Perfect location

This house was in the perfect location for our visit to Breckenridge. It is set back from Main Street, and on the edge of town, so not busy or noisy— while still giving us the convenience of being in town and close to everything. We loved riding our bikes to local attractions and walking everywhere. If it was pet friendly, we would stay again. Highly recommend for a family without a pet!

Would stay here again

Really enjoyed this place. There were a few issues such as slow draining sink, ceiling fan that didn’t work, and a missing coffee maker, but the management took care of all our concerns quickly and efficiently. The location was perfect for us because we could walk everywhere in town. Side note: you cannot park on the street in front of this house, but there is parking behind the house. All-in-all we were very happy with the house and would definitely stay here again.

Quaint stay in Breck town

Loved the ease of the house and the location on Main Street. Super quick access to all restaurants, gondola, and easy walk to several play areas. The huge yard is so nice with little kids! The house itself could use some updates in the bedding department, and the kitchen is not well-stocked with pantry items (though it does have all the equipment you need to cook).

Comfortable house, great location

The house was very nice and suited us perfectly. Most of all, the location was great . . . right on Main Street; Daylight Donuts is right across the streets and it was a short walk to the gondola. TV/Wifi weren't great, but if that's not important to you, then there's nothing at all to complain about here.
