Enjoy a true ski-in/ski-out location on 4 O'clock Run and next to the Snowflake Lift (flat walk across the street). Three blocks to Main St. Beautifully remodeled condo. Master features a king w/ attached bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a twin + twin over double bunk. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a meal and is open to the dining area/living room w/ sofa bed & gas fireplace. Mountain view. Private deck, washer/dryer, onsite hot tubs, 2 parking passes!
The space
• Fully updated with rustic/modern/high-end finishes throughout.
• Large dedicated entry with built-in bench and cubbies.
• Living room with gas fireplace with stone surround, large sectional with pullout bed, window seat.
• Large live-edge dining table with seating for 8
• Full-kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal. Stone counters, tile backsplash and new cabinets.
• Covered deck with table and chairs. Views of 4 O'Clock ski run and Baldy Mountain.
• In-unit washer/dryer.
• There are TWO pack n play cribs available in this property, free for you to use.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with large walk-in shower.
• Second bedroom with queen bed and vanity area.
• Third bedroom with twin bed plus a twin over full bunk bed.
• Hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• Living room with queen sleeper sofa
Building and Amenities:
• Property is located on second floor but there is the ability to park on the same level, with just a few stairs to access the unit
• Availability to park two cars in outdoor parking lot.
• Two indoor hot tubs and one outdoor hot tub located 1 level up. Indoor hot tubs are closed during the spring, summer and fall.
Occupancy Limit: 9 guests
Parking Limit: 2 cars in the outdoor parking lot. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot must park at either the Ice Rink or Airport Road overnight pay lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
Location:
• Directly next to 4 O'Clock Ski Run. *Snowflake Lift, Snowflake Run, and/or 4 O'Clock Run maybe closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• Summer Access - The 4 O'clock ski run serves as a hiking trail so the National Forest is out your front door for hiking and biking! The Sawmill Reservoir trailhead is also directly across the street.
• Across the street from the Snowflake Lift, BlueSky ticket office, free ride bus stop, The Spa at Breckenridge and Charter Sports rental shop. Please note that all of these are dependent on snow pack and may be closed early and/or late season.
• 3 blocks from Main Street
• Two blocks from Park Ave/Riverwalk Center
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.
