“I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture. “While the hotel was clean and the continental breakfast had good standard options, the room left a lot to be desired. The carpet was thin and very dirty. My white socks became black very quickly, so I wore sandals to keep my feet off the carpet the whole time. The bathroom surfaces weren’t properly cleaned when I first arrived. “Loved this location! Close to so many shops, restaurants, places I needed to go to. Very convenient! Peaceful area.
The staff was so welcoming. One thing I noticed was they were not only pleasant and helpful with customers, but also to each other. That does make a difference in staff, when they respect each other!
I did love the indoor pool, but I thought it was going to be heated.
