“Very clean and affordable. I called due to some confusion about the AC, and they were very helpful and kind. I would recommend bringing a fan if you are one who prefers to sleep with one on.”

“This place was very clean. It was perfect for the weekend for us. The host was very easy to ask questions too. Very helpful.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property in Edgecomb! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bristol, and other nearby attractions. “This cottage is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern upgrades. The view of the river is incredible, and the secluded location is just a short drive from downtown Wiscasset and Edgecomb. The sunroom is already a great place to hang out and enjoy the river view, but the owners are also putting in a lot of work to create an enjoyable outdoor space. Jeffrey is easy to work with and honestly wants you to have a good stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! The location near the beach is perfect; what a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Of all the places we stayed on our trip this one felt the most like Maine. Maybe it was the beautiful character of the restored older home or the great, peaceful location near the water. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Convenient location to beach and town. Beautiful view from living room. Nice to have air conditioning and washer/dryer.”

“Cute but aging small space, Near attractions”

“Your home in Bath was perfect for our family of 10 (six adults four children). It was centrally located, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The home was completely organized and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was prompt and super helpful.Thank you for helping make our first trip to Maine a great one!”

“This property is much more than a VRBO. It is more a 5 star hotel feel with more amenities like a full kitchen, tv/viewing room, heated floors in bathroom, etc. The host Jared asked and provided desired coffee, wine, and a wine/cheese. High-end finishing/furnishings throughout property. Great location - near town, beaches, etc. i highly recommend for a unique, quality stay. Thank you Jared for a great stay.”

“Very charming home and decorated so well. Very well stocked with everything you could need. Only a 12-15 minute walk to food bridge to town.”

“Great place with awesome harbor views in the heart of Rockland. Jin & Wayne’s house is beautiful - looks even better than the pictures. It was incredibly clean and I’ve never seen a rental property have so many amenities (from coffee to Advil to toothbrushes and potpourri matches) as well as really helpful guidance on all of the features built into the unit. Impressive in all respects.”

“Really lovely cabin with all the amenities within a stone’s throw to amazing trails and beaches. Would love to come back!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Ambleside. The spacious home was well appointed, clean, and the location was great. We were able to explore Boothbay with an easy walk to town via the footbridge or short drive. Cooking in one night was wonderful in the large kitchen, dining table for 10 and good cookware. The screened porch was a good gathering spot too.”
