Aside from the private pond, the game room and large coffee/tea bar are the biggest hits of the home and offer endless entertainment and space to concoct your beverage of choice. Multiple outdoor spaces with fun activities give you the perfect place to spend time with friends and family.

Enter into a cozy lodge themed game room with everything you need to entertain. In the game room there is a high chair, kid size table, games, puzzles & more! The game room is followed by a bright modern second living space and a completely updated kitchen. There is a large dining table for 8 and a large island with 4 bar stools.

Off of the kitchen is a well equipped coffee & tea bar with everything you need. Self warming tea pot, Keurig and a regular coffee pot are provided. The 3 bedrooms are located down the hallway. Each bedroom has a smart TV, as well as both living areas. The king and queen bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. The twin room has its own bathroom nearby. Outside you will find 3 separate spaces where you can sit by the fire pit, grill out or play corn hole. Down by the pond is a covered deck where you can feed the fish while you enjoy a cup of coffee and even catch a glimpse of a snapping turtle!


This home is fully handicap accessible. From a roll in shower, to hand held shower head, shower grab bars and roll under vanity. All hallways and doors are 36 inches, so mobility is no issue in this home. There are no steps going in or out, and it is all one level.

This house is not pet friendly. Pets brought to properties that are not listed as `Pet Friendly` will be charged the $100 nightly pet fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee, and may result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
