A very clean and well appointed room and bathroom - with access to lovely verandas and seating; beautiful living spaces with a cosy fire (and good conversation); a clean and very useable kitchen with a wonderful breakfast, and good food options within walking distance. “The staff were great the rooms looked good but unfortunately let down by the floor. The fridge cabinet door rattled very time you or your neighbour walked past. The dinner and breakfast was good. The outside is in need of renovation as the gutters have all but rusted away.”

“The property itself was actually really good for me and my husband due to its location to the stadium however we were very surprised at the state of the room and the efficacy of the cleaners. A microwave had the previous person’s broken up muffin in there and the previous person‘s hair was still on the shower walls. You could see the mop marks where half of the bathroom was Missed. Would I stay there again? Yes, I would. Just adjust your expectations for paying $450.”

“The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping. The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room.”

“Short and excellent. Strategic position in Fortitude Valley, very close to the metro station and other facilities. Clean & well furnished. ”

“Was perfect for what we needed, which was a room for a family of four overnight after a late arrival at Brisbane airport, and before heading north to Australia Zoo for the day. The room was very big with plenty of space for us to spread out and get organised for the next day. Bathroom had recently been renovated and was excellent. Only downside from our perspective was there wasn’t a convenience store within walking distance.”
